The manager John had no way to override or match the price I had been charged. I spoke to customer service who helped but I want to mention the cashier Anita! She was so friendly and customer service oriented! One last thing , dont count on ordering online because the amount of inventory is not reliable and the manager can’t update inventory!!”

“First let me start by saying that I am an avid and some may say dedicated Dollar Tree Shopper/Fan! So I always look for one no matter where I am in the world and rate them in my head as soon as I enter as if they all belong to me and I’m on Undercover Boss or something ?.And, before you ask- yes, it’s that serious because I absolutely love these stores and expect them to exceed my expectations even if I’m just spending $1.25 ?.Lol, in all seriousness I do appreciate them and look forward to shopping them religiously. Every once in a while I come across one that is like the Grand Poobah of them all like this one.I walked in and was blown away at not only how organized and neat it was but how fully stocked it was also. I felt like royalty as if they did it just for me…. Ok, I felt more like a kid in a candy store but you get the gist of what I’m trying to say.Anyhow, they had just about everything I didn’t need (let my family tell it) because let’s face it what store can you get good essentials at a fraction of the price over, and over, and not frequent… Right? Who’s with me? Ok, enough about that. Let’s get to the kicker.As I get up to the counter with a hand basket overflowing with 10 more of the same items I already have at home; there was this friendly, energetic person, also known as the store’s manager working the register with no hesitation, he even had the eagerness to answer questions of those just walking into the store.He was doing more than one job at once and didn’t have one reservation about it. Mind you guys it’s the Christmas season so he was busy, the only cashier, and yet he did it effortlessly with glee. He was a middle-aged African American (I’m horrid with names, but I know descriptions.. ha!) who made me and my money feel appreciated. And if you know me by now, that is essential for me.For that I will pass up others along the way and detour to this particular one anytime! Simply because this place is like Dollar Tree Heaven ? who put this here? They deserve a raise .”

“Me and my daughter came in to shop for a Christmas tree and we had a wonderful experience. Marvin was wonderful from the moment we encountered him. As my baby looked like she was falling from the buggy and he ran to save her but realized I was present.They didn’t have the tree we wanted in a box so he offered to remove the display and sell it to us. Marvin even wrapped the tree in a bag and packed it into my car for me.My daughter was also asking for a toy but I told her not today and as we were walking out he gave her the toy and said “Merry Christmas”. She was super happy which of course made me happy. The little but very impactful things, Marvin is the BEST and his customer service is awesome.”

Check before you go because it is not always open business hours. They were out of helium today. Luckily they had so.e birthday balloons already filled. Fast cashier.”
“I live in Dahlonega but every few months I take a trip down to this Dollar Tree because it is huge! I must say, the last time I was in there a few months ago, the organization was not as nice as I saw today. Everything was well stocked and the young woman who was on cashier duty was a delight. “I had a flat tire on my way home from work and after being turned away from a collision center, I wasn't too optimistic about getting help here. I arrived just before closing time and could sense that they weren't thrilled about another service request.After explaining my situation, they inspected my tire and even joked about not noticing it at first, which lightened the mood. Although they tried to sell me a new tire, I declined, but they still put on my spare tire and even offered to add air to my other tires with a smile. I was impressed by their excellent customer service and positive attitudes, especially considering it was closing time.”

“This is a bigger Dollar Tree outlet among those I visited at Alpharetta, Suwanee, Buckhead, and Hapevile.Lots of choices and varieties. When compared to other outlets where I found few aisles empty, here all aisles were having merchandise.Billing is - as usual at Dollar Tree - fast and easy. Lots of Parking. Few other shops nearby - so you can plan your visit combining other shopping.I didn't had much time to shop. Will visit leadurely later.”
