My daughter scheduled her car windows to be tented and dropped her car off at 9am for thee appointment. At 2pm she was called and told they didn’t have the tint film and they were unable to tint the windows. FIVE HIURS wasted because they are unorganised. When my daughter went to pick up her car, all that was said to her was “ here’s your keys”. They not really concerned for customer. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Dee’s Auto Spa saved the day for us today. While they specialize in tint, ceramic coating and auto detailing, they are also a Thule distributor (amongs other products). So when I called them to ask for help because we were locked out of our Thule luggage carrier, they were the only place out of six that I called who properly had a master key, like a proper Thule distributor should. Sadly, when I arrived, that master didn’t fit my lock on my newer model carrier. But Derek and Jolene didn’t stop there. They got their locksmith partner, Tom, to pop over to lend a hand. Tom was able to unlock it. The way they went above and beyond makes me a lifelong fan. Their kindness and willingness to help speaks volumes of their character and I’m sure it shows in their care for their customers, too.

Took my car down to be cleaned and was very impressed! I was able to get in for the appointment even earlier than I expected and the car looks better than ever!! The staff were extremely nice and worked with me. Would definitely return again!

It doesn’t get better than this when it comes to customer service. Karley’s most favorite teddy bear(Sally) was in the car today when they took it to clean. It somehow got left out and at 830 tonight Derek drove Sally to our house.
