I usually have no issue here, but today waited an extremely long time, extremely slow service and the lady at the counter LEFT with a line with at least 7 people still waiting saying she was going to lunch ? maybe might not have been such a big deal of the other person at the counter wasn't obviously new and super slow. Take care of waiting customers first before you leave. They seemed understaffed too.

Ive been with Wells Fargo for 12 years and this has to be the worst branch I’ve ever dealt with. The man in there is BEYOND rude. His excuse is that he’s “training”. The women are great, smiling and more than happy to be there- He sucks, he’s geriatric and unable to be kind since this has been my experience with him a few times.I have had an issue taking cash off my paycard- from my employer twice now and the first time the gal called and apologized for the issue then I came back the next week and shocker AGAIN there is an issue. I’ve been getting paid on this pay card since February and this is the ONLY time - dealing with this man that’s there an issue. I’m actually closing my account and never wanting to deal with them again

I can't understand why the ATM is always unable to receive deposits. Most of the time you can't receive cash from it either. The women inside say that the bank doesn't have anything to do with the ATM, I don't understand why they don't call the people that are responsible.

It's an ok bank for the most part. Some of the things they do just don't make sense, my husband and I have separate accounts with them, a few days ago he was going to make a deposit. I gave him CASH to deposit for me. The ATM don't take cash and they wouldn't let him deposit CASH in my account with my debit card, without my ID. Today I went deposited a Check got 100.00 cash back and they didn't need ID. So for cash deposit only, they need ID but a check with cash back, they don't ?? no sense at all!

The staff is great. But closing on Saturday mornings is a hardship. And the building location is terrible. Surprised there have been no accidents when leaving due to the new road configuration.

My husband and I have been met with great staff, helpful, knowledgeable and personable. It's a small branch with a down home feel. The branch mamager was available and helpful! We certainly give this branch a 5 star overall review.

slow service, building looking run down and poor repairs . Drive threw needs to be widened so so cars trying to get to atm are not blocked when there are more the 4 cars waiting for the drive-thru teller . Lights missing in over hang just wires hanging out out side lights on all the time .
