I needed assistance to change my email password. This was done, then when my email came back up it was not sorted per my usual and was given help to get my settings back to what I was accustomed to.

ETC resolved a serious connectivity issue with my internet service. I used the online chat to describe the issue and find possible solutions. I arranged a visit from a technician. He contacted me prior to his arrival and went right to work. He quickly found the issue and resolved it in fast order. I was very pleased with the online chat feature, as well as the quick response from the Customer Service representatives with whom I dealt. As it turned out, the issue was due to wildlife in the mountainous area causing damage to the connection points outside my house. I'm very pleased with ETC service and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality internet service and stellar support!

David with ETC technical customer service was amazing in helping me! My cats decided to get the zoomies last night and reeked havoc under the TV stand. Tried everything to reset it, unplug it, checked connections and nothing worked. He spent alot of time (probably unnecessary) with me, when all it was, was a broadcasting button on the router that is practically invisible unless lit up. Thanks for your patience and help David!

What a wonderful experience and start to our new home. We moved in and the prior owner left their equipment per ETC instructions. As fate would have it, I didn’t get to slow down enough during the move to work on wifi until after work hours on a Friday. I hopped on the ETC website and used their chat/text feature. The tech, David, was incredibly responsive and helpful… in no time at all he had me connected! It was fabulous… no hold… no bots… just competent support! Highly recommend!
