An oncoming car damaged my bumper and hood, when I was stopped a stop sign. White Collision did the repairs, including the bumper had to be replaced. Yesterday, which was a month after the repairs were done, I walked out of Walmart and went to my car. The bumper on both sides was touching the pavement and the front barely attached. I call White Collision (about 4:00 p.m.), and I was told that they would not cover the cost of a wrecker and were uninterested in making the re

Yesterday, which was a month after the repairs were done, I walked out of Walmart and went to my car. The bumper on both sides was touching the pavement and the front barely attached. I call White Collision (about 4:00 p.m.), and I was told that they would not cover the cost of a wrecker and were uninterested in making the repair. They told me to contact the insurance company. I tied up the bumper with a rope and drove home. This morning I took my car to another place and it had it fixed. White Collision had left off the major bolts for holding the bumper in place. I never thought a company responsible for making repairs thinks they don't have to stand behind their work and make good any faulty repair work.
