Alicia had 2 people I from of me .I had a passport appointment I drove over 1 hr to get here .And when I arrive the post lady was attending an other person and I was w walking around to see if there was a special office for a passport but I noticed it wasn’t one so I went to the front and I asked the lady her name is Alicia and she very rudely said to me that I was already late and she was able to process the passport for one of my daughters when she clearly knew they were two girls. my appointment was made for two kids and she was very rude saying that she couldn’t make an exception. Now when I drove one hour to get here she’s attending regular people processing mail every day and also processing passports. It should be a person designated for passports only with a better customer service attitude..When I left, there was one person behind me, I did not see any other person for passports appointments. It was just a person trying to mail a package. She could’ve easily took my daughter passport and she did not want to awful service.

Lady working the left window is rude. She should be out delivering mail on the street. She shouldn’t deal with customers at the counter.

Was always a pleasant experience until today!!…. I will be filing a Corporate complaint!… Employee by the name of Alicia needs to be FIRED!… she was on her phone when I walked in… Upon calling me to the counter she was VERY RUDE! I always come in with Prepaid label barcodes never had an issue!… Phone scanned and barcode prints and it’s put on the package by the employee! But with Alicia she felt she didn’t have to do her Job … so she scanned the barcode and when the label printed she handed it to ME!!! THIS HAVE NEVER HAPPENED IN THE YEARS OF ME DOING THIS TYPE OF TRANSACTION!!… Just LAZY!!….

THANK YOU!!! Alicia was SO KIND to walk to the outside drop box today and retrieve my envelope with No Stampso my bill payment wasn't late. I greatly appreciate her time and kindness.

Postal clerk who works at far window to the left is very rude. Most recent example: Yesterday, I took receipts showing two different letters I mailed using Registered Mail which were were never delivered (she said just because the tracking number shows still "In Transit" doesn't mean they'll never be delivered." Okay - one was mailed April 12, over 3 months ago; one was mailed May 21, 2 months ago. She then raised her voice and tapped the form on her window, saying, ""Only one way mail is guaranteed! Gotta send it Overnight!" She then said "You waited too late for a refund." What?? Why waste $ on Registered and Certified?

The women that work the desk are very racist. They really friendly to people of color and if you are white they are very rude and very unprofessional. I hate going to this location.

The older heavy-set woman with blonde braids has been consistently rude to my family when we come in for services. We’ve never had a bad experience before her. Warning to avoid dealing with her and the awful attitude she has if you can.

I placed a hold on my mail though the online website. It was not processed. When I returning from vacation my packages were all wet and some of them were ruined. I went to the Jackson Post Office and registered a complaint and no one got back with me.

A couple times a month we get the neighbor's mail, or an address on a different roads mail in our mailbox. I usually deliver it myself to the rightful owner, but once or twice I write wrong address and draw an arrow to the address it needed to go to. My problem now is I have been waiting two weeks for a package that says it was delivered two days ago by USPS and it still has NOT arrived in my mailbox! Where did they deliver it to?!?!

This is for ALICIA!!! She is amazing sweet beautiful patient omg I was so nervous I don’t know why but she made me feel so relax ? she was helpful I didn’t get photocopy of the items I bought but she made copies , she made it so easy and comfortable I thank god for her! God bless her heart and soul BEST PERSON IN JACKSON!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this is hands down the worst post office I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The least helpful and unwilling staff I have can in contact with.

Alicia was great with assisting my family and I with our passports . She was extremely patient and helpful . I also spoke with someone by the name of Stephanie over the phone & she was really nice & told me everything we would need to be prepared .

Alicia had an awful attitude with me. I was trying to ship a bumper. I asked before I brought it in TWICE and they said they’d ship it (it got shipped to me). I asked her if I could leave my son for two seconds so I could get this 70 pound bumper and she snapped and wouldn’t let me. I was parked right outside the door. So I carried my sons car seat in one hand and this huge 70 pound bumper in the other hand and brought it in inside. As soon as she saw it she immediately was like no, no we can’t ship this… I can’t even put it on the scale. HOW BIG DO YOU THINK A BUMPER IS?!?! Even the man came out from the back and said no. Didn’t offer to help me, watch my son, even open a freaking door for me. Just sat there with there nose stuck up in the air watching me struggle to carry all this and try to open the door on my own. Thanks so much for the help. I understand if you can’t ship it. I get it. But I guess this rating is more on human decency.
