I was very surprised by a call I got from Donavan at state farm he just wanted to check on us and see if we needed anything. This was something that in all my adult life someone had done. He didn't try to sell us anything but you can bet if I need any further service I will definitely call Donavan and will recommend him to friends and family

I have had nothing but great experiences with this agency. Everyone there is so helpful and kind. I've worked with Brian for quite some time, but recently needed a quick solution and both Jennifer and Donovan were simply phenomenal. I've been with state farm for several years, I have their car insurance, life insurance, home owners insurance I've even used them for investments. I've NEVER been disappointed. Donovan from Charlie's state farm has been extremely helpful, making sure my family and myself are fully covered in all aspects!! Thank you state farm!!

I had the pleasure of talking to Donovan about my policy. He was very friendly and provided great service and was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I liked how when he said he would call back at a certain time he did just that.
