Trees and shrubs are trash. Spent > $500 on 5 foot Podocarpus and 3 foot Camilla plants and ALL of them died within 6 months. After pulling up the root ball it was obvious they had kept the plants in too small of a container because ALL of the plants roots were circling and choking the neck of the plant. BUYER BEWARE!!! Waste of money and poorly managed. Never again!! Should have read all the bad reviews before I purchased. Buy anywhere else but here.

Very pleased with customer service. I had a Rain Bird rain sensor that had failed and they provided a warranty replacement even though I had purchased it elsewhere. Thanks!

Love these guys. I run a small landscape company and we have purchased anything from gravel to quantity large trees. The product has always been of the best quality. They have also been able to locate us some rare specialty items in a timely fashion. The staff is great and loaders/operators are always on point.

1 star is generous considering the abysmal service in this place. Staff inside the store, are unhelpful and condescending. The selection of product is quite impressive, which drew me there for a major landscaping project. I drove up with intent to spend more than $10K, but was made to feel like I was bothering the clerks behind the desk. I've never had an experience like this, anywhere. To the owner of the place - send a mystery shopper in and evaluate the service.

Do not buy plants from here. Once they get your money and the plants leave their lot, you are on your own. They are a large outfit, they do not need or care about my business. They made that clear. Andrew spoke with me initially and to his credit, he was at least willing to acknowledge where I was coming from. I bought 2 pallets of sod, 11 bushes and 10 trees from them. 2 trees died a month after being installed. I watered and monitored everything, sometimes plants die, and I understand that. The 2 trees did not die from lack of maintenance on my part. All but 2 is green and thriving. Jeremy, who is the manager, was on site. Andrew called to advocate for me and Jeremy did not feel it was worth his time to talk to me himself. I do not leave bad reviews, this is the first one for me. Pathetic customer service. Take your chances and buy plants from Home Depot or Lowes, at least they will stand behind whatever they sell you. Jeremy, sorry I was not worth your time. Andrew, thanks for having the respect to atleast speak to me.

I went to get a pallet of retaining wall blocks and Derek was super informative and very helpful. He also gave me some much needed advice on installation on the first layer of these blocks,Derek was also the guy who manned the skid steer to load the pallet into my truck and was super careful and went above and beyond to make sure it was as close the cab of my truck as possible for a safer ride. Great customer service and patience from Derek. Will come here from now on for all my landscaping and material needs thanks to him

Haven’t even gotten the chance to purchase anything because they are closed on the weekends. Isn’t that when almost EVERYONE is off of work and able to get out to buy landscape supplies? Even on the weekday I would have to fly to this location after work, to even have a chance before they close. So what’s the solution Stovall...?
