Absolutely NO customer service from Lowes in Hinesville after purchasing a damaged Oklahoma Joe's smoker. This smoker is as USELESS as the Hinesville manager. After purchase, I assembled the smoker only to find out the lid will not close flush. So every bit of smoke easily escapes. I started first calling Lowe's in Hinesville 3 different times. They would not exchange or refund my money. As I said, the manager is useless, wouldn't even return my calls. I contacted Oklahoma Joe's and they sent me a new lid which was even a worse fit then the first one. Now their grand plan is to send me a gasket that I'm sure will last with 350 degree's burning on it. I had no idea I was going to have to rebuild the smoker when I bought it. I have a $350.00 grill not a smoker. I'm done with Lowes and I'm done with Oklahoma Joe's.

This the worst customer service store ever, i waited 25 mins in electrical to get some help i had stopped 2 employees there they paged twice John the person in electrical he never showed up after 25 mins i ran down Ryan one of the managers told him i was waiting for 25 mins., Still poor service and unacceptable.

This is my second visit to a Lowe's store today, and unfortunately, I've encountered the same issues once again. All restroom facilities are out of order and inaccessible. Even the portable toilets placed outside are securely locked. Additionally, there's a lack of customer service available in the aisles.

Took my log splitter back on April 25,23 because it leaked all of my hydrolic fluid out and they sent it out for repairs. I called on May7,23 and to my surprise it has been sitting there since May 5,23 and the girl I spoke with said they noted that I had been contacted in the notes which was not correct. Went and picked it up on May 8,23 to find out that what it was sent out for repairs for was not what was worked on it was things that did not need to be worked on. The following day had someone come look at it for me to see if it was actually worked on and it was never worked on and the leak there mechanic was supposed to fix was never fixed. The shady mechanic charged lowes for things he did not fix. To be exact the log splitter was never even touched. Never will I ever buy anything from lowes in Hinesville ever again. Sorry communication and service with the people who work there and supposed non fixing mechanic.

This lowes #1856 in Hinesville Ga has the worst customer service/online pick-up department I have ever encountered. Four times in one week, I placed orders either the night before or early in the morning, and I eventually had to call to ask about my order. Twice when I was able to speak to someone, miraculously, the order was just being pulled when they looked my order up in the system. The other two times, I was on hold for approximately 40 minutes to be told they were extremely busy, and it took them 12 hours to pull an order. This I a lowes in Hinesville, Ga people. They are never that busy. I was told that my order would be ready in an hour or that "It's on my clipboard, I'm going to pull it right now." However, when I called back to see if the order was pulled (of course, talking to someone else), I found out that the order was never pulled and that employee had gone home for the day. These people are lazy as hell. The entire customer service/online order pick-up crew must be retrained, reassigned, or fired. They are not good for the lowes brand. If I could give this customer service/online order pick-up department a lower rating I would.

DO NO ORDER ANY APPLIANCES FOR DELIVERY THROUGH THIS STORE. We ordered a washer and waited a week for it to be "delivered"( I put that in quotations because it NEVER CAME). Received a delivery window of 2-6pm so I took off work to be home to receive delivery. They never showed up. I called the store 6 times that day and they kept putting me on hold (20-30 mins at a time). They told me they couldn't get updates from the delivery driver but my window moved to 4-8pm (NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME THIS). I waited until 9:40pm and they never showed up nor did I received a call. Lowes doesn't care if it get delivered because they have already been paid the $700+ for the appliance, who cares if the customer actually gets it. We now have to drive an hour each way to go pick up our washing machine from this store because they couldn't figure out how to get it delivered. We will never order from them again. Don't waste your money and sanity. Go order from HomeDepot, they have just asgood prices and I'm sure they can figure out delivery.

The store has horrible customer service. Won't even answer the phone and if they do they say hold on and never come back on!! They also sell defective appliances! I give these people a negative 10. So rude!

Terrible customer service. I purchased thousands of dollars worth of fencing and they suggested I pick it up in increments because they will not deliver it. I had to tell them I would cancel my order and purchase from another company. But before all of that I was given the run around about my order. Lesson learned I will never order a large purchase from the Hinesville store . One star it needs to be neg several stars.

When it comes to trying to get help at this Lowe's, I end up spending over 30 min waiting to find an associate knowledgeable enough in their department. It is quite frustrating. I also purchased a Husqvarna riding lawnmower there and they do not carry the correct size belt for it furthermore irritating. The facility is overall clean and tidy , the best department hands down is the garden department, customer service and employees. They are very helpful Ana there is ALWAYS someone there.

This store may be convenient but getting assistance with things like loading bags of mulch after purchase is terrible. In my opinion this treatment of customers is because they are basically what the area has. My lesson learned is to travel out of the area to shop where customers are valued. Absolutely terrible.

Hate to do this. I have called for a week long trying to get answers. Waited on hold to be hung up on over and over. Now ive waited all day on a dryer for me to call and they say they have no idea when it will be in. Mind you I called early this morning for them to say its on the way.This same thing happened when i ordered my door and my fence. Canceled my fence install because I waited a month to reach out waiting on them to call with an update. Never got it. They took my money three days after they came out to give me a price. No call no update on when they would start or if they got anything in. Called they had a hard time finding my account. Passed me around and still nothing I asked for a refund and that took even longer. My door has been an issue since it was installed. I stopped calling about it because it gets me no where. I will not order anything from this location ever again.

Lowe's garden shop, at this location, is a frequent stop for me when shopping for plants, fertilizers, citronella candles and Allen Roth products for my courtyard. If your military, don't forget to ask for your discount! This is a builder supply, and you should be able to find all your construction needs here. In addition, they carry plumbing, appliances, lamps, paint and so much more!

WORST customer service at the HINESVILLE location- Took me over 2 months to get a refrigerator delivered & installed, and at least 25 (yes, 25) phone calls to customer service needing help after order not being delivered when stated, and being put on hold at least 10 minutes for many phone calls. Talked to store manager twice, transferring call to someone who could help as to why order wasn't received, only to be put on hold, and then disconnected. I will never use the Hinesville location again- it was a nightmare for our family, and taking 4 different days off work to meet someone at my house. My friend said he will never go there again either, as he was trying to carry several boards to check out and several male employees passed him as he was struggling, not offering any help. ATHENS, GA has the BEST customer service.
