I dont know where to start, if I could give a 10 star I would, the best CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, no matter what I ask of them they go above and beyond, quality work & did I mention QUALITY work. There is no job big or small for her & the fact that she knew of me before she knew who I was from another loyal customer warmed my heart! I now just find things to get embroidered! And thanks a ton for my last minute rain jacket I love it!! Keep up the amazing work. I suggest this place to all my friends & family. And if its not in she gets it ordered! my favorite hometown place

I had some embroidery done here and the turn around time was super fast, excellent customer service and they came out perfect! I highly recommend! They also have a huge selection and variety! Definitely will be back!

This store is amazing! All kinds of unique things for gifts or gifts for yourself. The staff is so friendly, kind, and accommodating. I purchased a Christmas gift for a friend from G’s and I wanted it monogrammed. This was the first week of December and they were very busy. I left the gift there and told them if they didn’t have time to monogram it that it would be fine. I called the next day and they had it ready!! When I go in the store, I always lose myself in there. As I am checking out, I always have a very enjoyable chat with them. Sometimes, it’s hard for me to leave because I’m enjoying talking to them. Also, their customer service is amazing!! You can’t go wrong by shopping here. There’s something for everyone!

I’m a little late with my review. Some months ago I needed to have my sons backpack monogrammed. The ladies were really nice and my sons backpack was done in less than a week. I’ll be coming back for sure.
