Guy charged me for fixing my car but didn't fully fix it. When my husband called he rushed him off the phone saying another customer was calling and hung up on my husband as he was speaking.

I rented a u-haul here. This place is old and run down. The owner seems like a nice guy, but if you rent a u-haul here they will not have anything but the truck. I booked a dolly but the owner said I'd have to get a refund. Also, the u-haul was dirty, and parked on a busy thoroughfare between the building and a fence.

I rented a u-haul from this establishment. It was originally rented for 24 hours and u-haul had quoted me a price of $130 plus like $.79 cents per mile, if we happened to go over a certain amount of miles. I wound up calling liberty and spoke with the owner to see if we could keep it an additional 24 hours, which per uhauls site, should be an additional $39 per day. Even though I had called and spoke with the owner about keeping the truck, I received a call from an employee of the establishment on Saturday morning, wondering where the truck was at. He said that there was another customer there to rent it. I told him that we were to return it at 2 that day and that we had okayed it with the owner the previous day. The owner had failed to relay the mssg to the other employee. We returned the truck on Saturday, at the appointed time (the 2nd day) clean and filled back up with gas. When we returned it, neither the owner nor the employee were there. After checking my debit card statement, there were two charges pending for u-haul, one for $217 and another for $269. I immediately froze my account and got in touch with customer service at u-haul. After speaking with them, it turned out that the guy didn't check the truck back in until the following day, which was on a Sunday. So I had been charged for 3 days. The customer svc agent said that I would be receiving an email from the account manager to straighten this out and refund some of my money. It has been a week and I still haven't heard anything back from them. In the end, my account was only charged the $269. When I checked back in on the charges, the additional charge of $217 was removed from my account. I'd also like to mention that when we got in the truck initially, there was a good bit of damage to the body of the truck. Although, the man at liberty had reported to uhaul and their insurance company that the truck had no damage. Thankfully, my husband noticed the damage and took photos before we left with it. The photos that liberty had sent to the insurance company were just generic photos and didn't show the actual condition of the truck at that time. We had to dispute the photos that he had sent and send the realtime photos that my husband had taken. Also, one last thing to keep in mind if anyone were to rent a truck from this establishment, the owner can barely speak any english. When he did speak it was hardly intelligible.

Rude Rude Rude - DO NOT RENT A UHAUL FROM THESE GUYS. 1st try I made a reservation to pick up the Uhaul after hours. These folks changed it to an in store pick up during business hours - AND DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL AND TELL ME. 10.30 at night I spend 20 minutes waiting on the phone to talk to Uhaul and they confirmed - this shop changed the reservation on me. A week later I called to see if they had a Uhaul available and they simply said "I'm not in the shop (it's 9.10 AM ) and RUDLEY HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. Plus the place looks like it should be condemned!

Took a high mileage vehicle in with intentions of having Liberty replace a lower control arm that was making noise and I’d been told needed replacement at another shop. The part only needed tightening and didn’t need to be replaced. Liberty easily could have arbitrarily replaced the part and charged me for something that didn’t need to be done and I wouldn’t have known the difference, but they were honest and didn’t replace anything that didn’t need it nor did they try to ‘up sale’ anything. Honesty goes a long way with me, I’ll be using them from here on out.

Mr.Ellis the mechanic here knows his stuff. I first brought in a BMW, and he replaced the alternator(ran like a beauty afterwards!). I then brought in a VW Jetta, he replaced the valve cover gasket(still running good to this day!)

They're good with Europeans. He fixed my BMW 323(E46) and my VW Jetta(MK4 GLI). Good price, quick turnaround time. He gets the car done early, which is always good.
