This is the worst auto zone I have ever been to. This is not my first time having a problem at this location just like everyone else by the looks of it.
The fat lady with the Tattoo on her face, Jessica H to be exact has no customer service skills at all and was rude to each customer today as if we were not silly to be there. She better get it together before she try someone on the wrong day…also I will never come here again and will happily spend my money at better competition on the same street.

Went in for a few parts today. One very loud lady walking around talking on her phone. Another on the phone talking to a customer. Guy stacking oil two people in the area of the batteries. Another lady kind of walking around talking. Did I mention they wee all at work in the store I was the only customer. They want me to wait for the lady to get off the phone to help me. The one speaking with a customer. Mind you I was to lone customer in the store. Thank good O'Reilly is right up the street eager to assist. Autozone just gets worse and worse.........oh it should be no stars.

Young man felt the need to return a sheriff officers phone # with a hateful threatening remark.
We already watch this store due to the constant complaints in this area.
Walmart and Auto Zone and the bar up the street.
All 3 are on Clayton's sheriffs and Lovejoy police department radar.
We recorded his return call.
His voice was turned over to their Autozones Customer service info as well as we/they will be following up on this incident as well.
Watch who's cheerios you urinate in son!

I love this AutoZone! I'm always helped in a timely manner and the people are good too. I spoke with Jessica today and she went high and beyond to make sure I found my part!!! Thanks Jessica, your great!!!

Had the best customer service while I was there yesterday and today. The guy was so patient with me and took the time to make sure I had what I needed.
