Waller Well came out on a Saturday morning after my well stopped working. They diagnosed the bad motor, replaced it, and gave me some tips on recognizing future problems.They were very courteous and professional and set my mind at ease as I had no idea what to expect.I highly recommend and will definitely call them again if need be.

I've had them out 2-3 times in the last ten years for various issues. Always prompt service and always very friendly and informative. They get right on it and it's always diagnosed and fixed fast!

I reach out to this company and spoke with Tye!! He was very detailed on the work they provided on a new install for a new construction home. The communication was very good up until the well was installed. After moving into the property I noticed my well had a bad odor and was leaving rust stains on my appliances and fixtures. I tried contacting him several times by calling and texting. No response at all. After purchasing very expensive water filtration system and they were failing due to the amount of iron that was in the well. After speaking with a different well drilling company he asked have my well been shocked and explained the process. I said no that haven't been done. He explained that this should be done and included on all new installs. Basically my well now have been shocked and I don't have the iron issues. This company don't stand up behind their work... BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY GETTING YOUR MONEY AND LEAVING YOU HANGING...

I spoke to Tye about my grandmothers well pump not working.Unfortunately we where out of there service area. He was able to walk me through bypassing the mother board over the phone and got my 84 year old grandmothers water back on asap. Thank you so much!

They hound you for payment immediately after service, prior to providing an invoice, and even though the invoice clearly states you have 30 days to make a payment. They left our yard a mess with trash and ripped apart the well house without putting it back properly. Take your business elsewhere to a company that cares about the quality of their work.

Tried for weeks to get a well installed as a new client. I become frustrated with how overwhelmingly difficult it was to get reliable information or a solid install date. Impossible to reach by phone or even get a return phone call after leaving messages at the office and you can forget about hearing from them if they have a hicup or a need to reschedule. Terrible customer relations, sadly.

I have used Waller Well over the years and was very satisfied with my service. I own several properties and have used them several times over the years for my wells. I hired them in 2010 for a septic system problem at my home, Mr Waller himself asked for the job and I agreed. Unknown to me since then, Mr. Waller sold out and the person who owns it now is not available to handle problems. I have talked with and left messages for Michael Smith who admits to doing the job on my property. He has told me he had someone out to look at my problem in April. He told me the week of May 14th that he would be out the next week with someone from the health department and a back hoe. When I reached him after Memorial day he said he would try to get someone out that afternoon. Unfortunately the best thing about Waller Wells is the name and some of the employees that still remain. I went to my insurance agent to get a list of preferred providers and Wallers is not one of them. Be warned!
