Better have cash! They tell you they take credit but when he shows up he can't connect, give me cash. And it's never what you were quoted.

OMG I definitely question the character of this company. Drove 4 hours to pick a freightliner listed forsale and told owners that. I get there and the owners are jumping the truck off and does not seem drivable. All tools and tires still in truck. It would have taken an entire day just to clean it out and make driveable The pictures did not even match the pictures listed. Why not be honest and disclose all information. Then informed me the truck had been sitting for 1 to 3 years. This company did not perform any towing services but again I question the integrity of this company. I would have the truck ready to go before selling and remove the misleading pictures online.

Tray did a tremendous job helping with getting my wife’s vehicle towed back home, it was a Tesla, and isn’t the easiest to tow due to the battery being completely drained. He made it a seamless process and had a smile the whole time. Definitely recommended!

My car was towed to S&P towing in Griffin they had my car for 10days and fail to call me that car was there when I get a certified mail so I went to pick up my car they have taking all of my seats out of the car and trash my car lost the key to my car please do not use S&P towing if you won't our car back

Phone Customer service by Pamela was incomprehensibly poor. Initially reported as company in or near Loganville only later to originate from Griffin. Card services delayed processing payment for 20 min due to errors by agent entering CC# and phone agent threatened to tow vehicle over 100 miles and charge extra despite willingness to pay by cash (or Cash App). Lacked professionalism and very indigent over phone. Will not use services ever again. Clear scam agent (spgriffin1602@icloud) Driver was very service oriented +++ despite unprofessionalism by phone agents. Warning- buyers beware!!!!!Service: Car towing

The most disgusting company. Super unprofessional. Made threats to come to my work. When I didn’t handle in person payment due to no cash, they wouldn’t take my calls to handle over the phone. They kept hanging up and even threatened to “square up” at my place of work like we live in the hood or something ?Carry your car home it’s better for you.EDIT: the poor owner doesn’t know I have a recording of Mike threatening me. Someone needs to inform him.
