Had my oil changed there today 8/13/24. Their team was very curtious!! The techs new what they were doing. Service was excellent!!! I am very pleased with my experience there. I will definitely be back for my next oil change!!!

Good price on tires. This trip was to fix a flat. Should have gotten the road hazard protection. Back on the road at a reasonable price. They are good folks.

Needed to fix a flat. Was told to wait 20-30 mins, after 30 mins was told it would take 45 mins, after 45 mins was told would take another 20-30 mins. Pathetic

My vehicle was returned to me with the oil cap not properly screwed on right. My vehicle began to make odd noises so being educated on vehicles the first thing I checked was the oil cap, which was placed back on crooked. Less than a month after my car had been serviced, I have ZERO oil in my car. As an experienced shop you would think they would advise customers of oil leaks or irregularities within the oil filter. I will never use MAXILUBE ON TAYLOR STREET or their services again. I have attempted to contact the office to resolve this privately on multiple occasions to no success.
