1 teller on a Friday. Commercial drive thru took 1 hour to make a deposit and get change. Moving money elsewhere.

The Lady cashing my check was very rude. I guess they figure if you don't have an account with them they don't have time for you. Also have 2 forms of Picture I.D. a standard Ga. Drivers License will not surfice for identity verification.

Always have been given excellent service from this branch the whole crew is amazing they saw that I was just coming in and he got in line with a file of many papers. Ask me if they could help I said yes explain my situation that I had my new driver's license with a new number and was ready to complete the paperwork that was needed for the fraud that was committed using my debit card numberThey took care of everything and I do mean everything I was in and out and under 4 minutes. no I was not treated like cattle no I was not given a number to wait in line and no negative review here. It was a bit crowded however it was a Friday afternoon. the following Friday I just got in the Drive-Thru easy peasy right through I went 3 cars in line a head was in and out of there with traffic within 6 -7 minutes now you can say either that's just luck or everyone had their act together and knew what they were there for and there were no glitches no hang ups. Love it one time is on your sideKeep it up WF... I so appreciate you

I needed to cash my payroll check here without an account. My personal bank account is new and funds wouldn't have been available until the next day. The teller was very nice and cashed my check.

I was a victim of debit card fraud today and Wells Fargo was on top of it. Not only did they decline the fraudulent transaction, they stepped into motion and notified me right away. I was able to cancel my debit card and walk right into the bank for a temporary card. I am beyond impressed with my experience today. Sulma Martinez was very helpful, understanding and supportive. Thank you Wells Fargo for your prompt service!

Spent 26 minutes in drive through while the customer in front sent the tube back and forth 3 times before it was accepted by person working.Never was able to make my deposit because I had to get to an appt in the area.Horrible service and am considering changing banks

Although as an institution, I do feel that Wells Fargo has not met professional standards at times, this branch staff is wonderful. The cashier, a beautiful African-American woman, had the most sweet spirit and professionalism, and was able to concisely and directly help me with my transaction and do it speedily. Also, the staff is so diverse, and you can tell that each member was trained to be excellent in their role. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Wells Fargo, and I’m so grateful it was this one.
