My wife dropped off our king size down comforter to be cleaned and received a claim ticket stating one item dropped off, when we went to pick it up they brought out 2 pillows and 2 pillow cases saying that’s what we dropped off, that is 4 items not one. Funny thing is we had bought all new pillows one month before and threw out our old pillows! Some rude older man came out from the back (maybe the owner) and was very rude to my wife and I, they mixed up our items with someone else’s ticket. This was our first and last experience with this business with the exception of taking them to small claims court for the cost of our missing down comforter and court costs.
I recommend NOT taking anything there that you want back!
Very Rude in my opinion!
In fact, read ABC’s review below, the owner was rude to them too, sounds like the same guy we dealt with.

*****BEWARE*****They ruined my brand new velvet blazer!! I received it back in terrible condition! The lining and the jacket were not longer the same size, it was un-steamed & cover in lint! The owner would not do anything for me after ruining it! He was extremely rude and yelled at me! He is the rudest ugliest man I have ever met!! So beware!! They will not make it right for you!!!

It’s convenient to my house but that’s about all. The staff is so not helpful. I’ll drive further for better service.

I've been using Three D for over 15 years and have always been satisfied. They do a great job on all types of cleaning. I even saw a chicken costume yesterday cleaned and ready for customer pickup! The staff is friendly and accommodating. We are lucky to have Three D close by!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I took my daughters' school uniforms to this "cleaners" last week to get pressed and heavy starched. I picked up my $40 order and nothing has heavy starch although I was charged for it. The female employee at this location, sent us to the actual place that processes the order. At this other place we were told the pants could not be starched because we did not get the washed with them. He also proceeded to tell us they could not starch the skirts or shirts, even though the tags for each item specifically outlined 'heavy starch.' If a requested service cannot be performed, I should either be told at drop off or given a refund. Neither occurred. I will make sure to tell all parents at my daughters' school about the false advertisement and horrible customer service.
