Gate was not working code wouldn’t work had to call customer service to help they couldn’t get a hold of manager when they finally did get a hold of her he said the manager will call me shortly, still haven’t received a phone call.
Loading dock is higher than the truck no carts provided to move your belongings.
Gate would not open to let me out. Had to drive to other side where the concrete was uneven and had a steep incline. That gate was opened just wide enough to let my box truck through.

The security here is a joke. The gate is always standing wide open and the the door to the indoor units is always propped open with an activated deadbolt. Why even have a key code?? We moved out.

I’ve had a couple of units for a couple of years. It’s a horrible location to access with no turnaround once inside. Mice have chewed up my suits, my wife’s wedding dress, and more. Pieces of furniture were dribbled on with leaks. We’ve found scorpions (yes- in Georgia) in our stuff. The keypad entering the place is so worn out you can’t see the numbers. It’s just poorly maintained. And to make matters worse, the new owners have raised the rates while maintenance has not improved.

It was top notch!! Chris walked me step by step through the entire process. It was quick and easy! She also made sure I was familiar with each unit and which one would be best for me.
