I had never even tried a sleep number bed but Mandy was so knowledgable and explained everything so well. I thought I know which bed I wanted but I ended up purchasing a different bed because she took the time to explain everything about them and let me try them out. I'm a touch person so I have to feel the mattress and actual see how it feels when I lay down on it. The purchase/finance was so easy. Mandy also helped me purchase a new remote for my sisters bed as a gift. My sister has had her bed for 14 years and needed an new remote. Mandy called main office to make sure we were ordering the correct remote and set up for it to be deleivered directly to my sisters house. Everything was easy and smooth. Dana Cherry

My shopping experience at the Sleep Number store in Gainesville with Tina, my sales rep, was absolutely one of the very best experiences I have ever had. She was so thorough and friendly, and her co-worker was equally nice. I'd highly recommend (can't comment on the bed yet as it won't be delivered for another couple of weeks).

Avoid this trap at all cost! I have had my sleep number for 1 year and right at the brink of the warranty expiring my adjustable base is malfunctioning. As luck would have it a remote is REQUIRED to troubleshoot the bed. This location did not provide a remote with my bed. They wanted to sell it to me for $125 extra and said all we need it the ap. Now, the makers of the adjustable base say they cannot do anything without the remote that is on an endless back order. So we have an adjustable bed and I cannot use it. Thanks sleep number. If I could I could turn back time. I would not do it again.

My bf and I went yesterday and were not even greeted, or helped for 10 minutes while we just stood there. When we were helped the lady came up and started to help and walked away and never came back, and told us some lame excuse about “I’ve been gone for a year”.. then when a red headed man asked if we needed help, he helped us for a couple minutes and left. He could never answer our questions we asked. Very disappointed.. and will never be back. Very unprofessional and so glad we went to Mattress Firm instead. Highly recommend Mattress Firm, if you want great customer service and people who are knowledgeable!!

We have been buying beds it seems every 4-5 years. We both have different beds we like and try to compromise and find one we both like but then we end up getting toppers and other things to make it just right. I also had back surgery a few years back and I am more picky and tHen add we both have different sleeping positions and finding a bed is a complex and expensive adventure. So on a random thought we said let's just go and see what sleep number is about. We lucked out and had Tina walk us though the beds, how they work, the fact that if something should go wrong with them parts of the bed and air chambers are replaceable. What you mean not a whole new bed but can possibly fix what is wrong. So we spent a couple of hours with Tina and walked out with a new bed ordered and new pillows in hand. Tina alone I would rate 5 stars. She is amazing, patient, knowledgeable, funny and answers all questions you have. The delivery of the bed was long. We ordered in February and it didn't come till may. It would be nice to get it a bit sooner than 3 months. We have had the bed for about a month bow and love it. We each have our own setting and I know I am sleeping more through the night and wake up less We have the pillows and the sheets along with the duvet cover. All are very good. I have had to rework my pillow and it was easy. It wasn't right for me but seems like my current one is I would recommend checking them out, see if you can talk to Tina and decide if the bed is right for you.

Tonight I called with a few questions about buying a sleep number mattress. Luckily, Tina answered the phone and she was very helpful! If you’re looking at buying one of these, call and ask for her! She is knowledgeable and kind.

If I could give this bed negative stars I would this is the worst bed ever. I am constantly waking up throughout the night to adjust the sleep number to a comfortable setting and most of the time the remote cant sync with the bed. The remote glitches constantly. Customer service is terrible too I sent an email months ago to find a solution and still haven't been contacted.

Very helpful. Haven't received the bed yet, but telephone customer service has been very responsive and helpful. The only reason they're not a five is because they are really expensive!
