I couldn’t tell if the store was open no lights on. The guy working was not helpful at all . I will not go back to this store. I’ve always had good experiences at Sherwin-Williams store until today.

Well that was another bad experience at Sherwin William MCEver Gainesville. If it weren't for the product, I wouldn't do business there.The guy we dealt with today could care less. All the lights were off in the store. No color to mix the stain we wanted. The front door was locked. I asked how much the stain was and he said it was about $65 a gallon..but then also said he worked there for 7 years. How do you not give a customer an exact price of a product. We bought the stain but then had to go to the Jesse Jewell store to mix it. Oh and I asked for a mixing stick and they were outThis is my 3rd visit to this store in the last month with no mixing sticks in stock. Guy said the manager chooses not to order mixing sticks. Manager should be ashamed to have an employee for 7 years that doesn't want to help the customer. Felt like I was inconveniencing him.I didn't complain the first visit or the second time but now they are just wasting my time. Good luck doing business here.Go to the Jesse Jewell store. The lights were on, kinda like night and day (literally)they we're quick and courteous

Hours on google say open until 6pm. It is 5:30pm exactly. Store is closed and locked up. No hours of operation on the door

Anytime I call here or go there. I’ve had very unpleasant help. One guy said he didn’t have the paint I needed cause he didn’t think I should use that. So I went to the other Gainesville Store to buy it. And I asked them to check if they had at the other store and they did. They guy just didn’t want to sale it to me cause he thought I shouldn’t use it. My husband has also gone to this store and has gotten treated poorly. We rather go to another Sherwin Williams and driver further out to get paint.

Needed 50 gallons of ProMar 400 and Superpaint, showed up at 6:38 on a Wednesday and they are supposed to close at 7:00. They were closed when I arrived. No notice or anything. No time to go to another SW nearby.
