During multiple visits the staff was not helpful AT ALL with paint colors. A staff member openly admitted “they didn’t want to help” my mom carry paint to her car when asked. Don’t waste your time at this store.

Assistant manager needs to be fired like yesterday!!! We have been customers at this particular store for years (GMC PAINTING LLC). The assistant manager seems to have a personal problem with my husband. He has come home only for me to hear about the horrible customer service this so called assistant manager has provided to my business. Unfortunately i do not know what her name is. My business has been affected by this individual because she refuses to mix the paint for my husband multiple times!!! When my husband arrives to the job site, he discovers again the paint was not mixed like she said she did, causing him to waste time and gas money!! This issue has to stop immediately! In the meantime.We will gladly take our business elsewhere.

What a horrible paint store. I have tried to buy paint from this store on several occasions, no more. They either don't , cannot get, don't stock. Excuse, excuses, excuses. Poorly run store, I don't see how they stay in buisness honestly. That's it for me, no more ever.

We went to the front door and it was locked..Open sign on. I called and was told the front door is not locked. Umm ? Then associate asked if I tried the side door.. we ended up going to a different store.

Great place to get your paint fix! Staffed by awesome people selling awesome paint! Store is clean and well staffed, doing a great job amidst all the supply issues. Keep up the great work!
