I keep my camper here. Easy in, easy out, plenty of maneuvering room, and a dump station on-site. Not cheap, but not as much as some places I’ve called.

WE Moved out 3 weeks ago and they still want to charge for Feb. How can someone pay for a service they are not going to use! They are STEALING and a horrible company.DO NOT RENT FROM ANY OF THESE FACILITIES.

Beware:I agree with those that say it is a nice facility, but unfortunately they sold me a covered parking spot that they did not have available, and they wont return my initial partial month payment, fees they added to the initial rental, and first full month payment, totaling almost $300.. Here are the details.On 7/26/2022 I purchased a rental spot using the SpareFoot online system and paid $73.35 (partial month of july and fees). When I first went to see the spot I purchased it had a vehicle in it but I assumed by the time I brought my camper there (about a week later) the vehicle would be gone. A few days later on 8/1 I made the first months payment $224. The following day I went to park my camper and the car was still there. They told me they were trying to find out who's car it was that was in the spot.From that day until Friday 8/12 I called numerous times, sent at least 4 emails, most which were ignored. The week of 8/8 I did get someone on the phone that gave me a long story about not knowing who's car it was parked in the spot and that the police would not give them the owners name so they were unable to move the car. I told them to tow the car and they said it could be another customers car so they did not want to do that. Really?On Friday 8/12 I called and informed them that I found another place to park my car, and they needed to simply return my payments. Incredibly, I got a call on 8/17 where Hannah informed me that while she tried to escalate the refund, the company policy was NO REFUNDS so they refuse to give me my money back.Yes you heard right - they sold me a spot they did not really have, which as of this writing they still don't have available, nor did they offer an alternative spot, and yet they believe they earned the right to keep my $300. Unbelievable. So now I am left to attempt a chargeback or take them to small claims court.BTW, I could find no way to go over the local management head - no corporate Midgard office or anything is to be found. So beware, if you have an issue that you cant resolve with the local management, you are on your own.

I have had a bunch of storage facilities over the years, this is by far the nicest and most well laid out I have seen. The owners are wonderful which is always a plus. Highly recommend!
