Friday afternoon and “all the technicians are gone”. One of the technicians had clocked out but had not left. They us to be honest and good with my car when i take it in for a oil change are anything but now they act it they don’t care i can’t help that the car have a lot of recall on it and i want it fixed before the recall expires then it on me can’t wait till i done with them

After going to a different Ford dealership and then telling me that it would take 3-4 days just to diagnose my vehicle, I took it to the Greene Ford dealership. They diagnosed it within an hour and within 2 hours of dropping it off, it was fixed. The service department was amazing, friendly, and fast!
