There so much I could say about this wonderful family owned business. Always courteous and helpful regardless if you are needing a simple pair of hoop earrings to fancy engagement ring. They treat all their customers the equally and the same. I would highly recommend Dimo's for all your jewelry needs. Just a sweet plug if you have a special little girl needing their ears pierced - Lucy is your go to person.

You should never judge anyone by appearance. My brother has bought his gf engagement ring here and we have bought other jewelry. Never! Have we ever been judged like today. I waited and no one came to help. They were busy, but other people would walk in and get helped before us. We stood there and an elder man wasn’t helping anyone. He approached until I decided to leave. I WAS going to make a purchase for my daughter who needed new gold earrings. But will take my business somewhere where we are not judged by our race or clothing. It is sad that we would get people look at us up and down like we didn’t have money.

I have been coming into Dimo with my mother since I was a child so when it was time to get engaged I knew there was only one place to go. I’ve gotten my earrings, necklaces, and now my engagement and wedding band from here. I’ll also be getting my fiancés wedding band from here instead of ordering online. They’ve treated us like family all these years. It truly is a family run business and there’s no where else to go for jewelry or jewelry repair in my opinion. They know their stuff and won’t steer you wrong. They aren’t just in it for the sale. They truly are a customer service business. I recommend them to everyone.

I've been using Dimo Fine Jewelry for several years now. I've had the pleasure of working with Lucy recently when I wanted to add 1 diamond to each side of my solitaire. It turned out beautifully and exceeded my expectations. It is a very sentimental piece that is very modest compared to a lot of wedding/engagement rings they sale there. When I came to pick it up, Lucy was very excited to show it to me. You would've thought I was picking up a $100k ring. She knew the sentimental value was priceless. The jeweler did an AMAZING job!! It's absolutely stunning! I highly recommend using them. Also, the jeweler is onsite! That is a huge plus, as it makes me nervous shipping my jewelry off for repairs.

I absolutely loved working with Dimos Jewelry!! I live in the United States and had such quick communication back and forth with the shop in Greece. I was looking for a beautiful gold cross for a baptism. I was shown multiple options through videos and photos. The cross is an amazing quality and stunning! I will definitely buying more items from this shop :)
