This place is a complete joke!!!
They never tell you when you won't have meds just go pick up an boom ah we stop carrying it or it's on backorder!! Not to mention the fake adderol that is sent out from there! I'm completely and utterly down after today!!! Cvs you should just close down completely!!!

Called today and you literally can't speak to a pharmacist. You have to leave a VM and wait for them to call you back. I will be moving all my meds to a different place.

Had a very pleasant experience. Found everything we needed and check out associate was extremely helpful! Store is neat and clean and signage was useful in helping us find items quickly.

I have a difficult last name but experience no problems. My scripts are ready on time. The pharmacy calls my doctor on scripts that have 0 refills. Convient, time saving and always friendly. I highly recommend this CVS.

They never fail to mess up my meds. They usually say they cannot find my meds. I have to ask them to check the spelling of my name5-6 times. Today I paid for my meds online and screenshot the paid screen but that wasn't good enough. They wanted a confirmation reciept. I never received an email either way . So i had to pay for my meds a second time so i could get my flu meds. Now I have to find proof to get a refund. Go anywhere but there.

I have requested that my meds be filled in the non childproof caps. It is so frustrating to get home and all 5 meds are in the child locks which are difficult to open with my hand issues. If I take them back, I seriously doubt they will correct it. They are aways too busy to provide good customer service. Very poor customer service in the pharmacy. The store portion is great. Complaining never changes anything.

If I could leave -10 I would, please believe that. This pharmacy is absolutely terrible with mannerisms and everything else you could assume would normal day to day life polite educate. I believe this pharmacy does internship , I MIGHT be wrong if I am so be that but if not they definitely need some help in the hiring department. I have reported two specific window/phone people twice, and one of them I have reported 3 times. I have spoke to all main pharmacists on staff and nothing has been done! I have since changed pharmacies so instead of being the dead beat they are I decided to leave a honest review to other in search of a pharmacy. I have never felt so embarrassed by the medications I take, no I DO NOT GET 250, etc pain pills a month. I'm a mental health patient and a mother of two small children. It got to the point I was so nervous to call them I had my mother or husband call up there because these two individuals were so hatefully mean or ignorantly judgmental to me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
