Angie, Blake and everyone at CFNEGA have been amazing! They make training fun and are so knowledgeable about fitness. I was a little intimidated by CrossFit but they have made me so happy I tried it! Great gym.

My daughter has been attending this gym for a year and loves it. She has seen awesome results. The coaches are very knowledgeable and give personalized attention to teaching andmaking sure form is correct. Awesome gym atmosphere!

I love the friendly atmosphere at this box, as someone who gets nervous in some social situations I have truly enjoyed working out here & have learned a lot too!Very knowledgeable, clean, and encouraging environment!
