This is my first review and my first time here, but I had to write one! Me and my son went in for a garden hose, and Mike immediately met with me and helped me pick out the best one for my needs! I then got met with a kind gentlemen who gave my son a donut! When checking out Ryan was so kind, and I got to pick out of a bucket and got a $2 discount! I don’t know what I’ll ever need again in here, but seeing these sweet people makes me want to come back!

I love Autry's Ace Hardware. They have the cutest things in their gift shop. Plus, they usually have what I am looking for to. The staff is so friendly and very helpful from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Love Ace. They've really come along way over the years. More convenient than The Home Depot or Lowes, better quality products such as Stihl. They have things you can't get at The Home Depot or Lowes like propane gas, hay, livestock and poultry feed. They also have a small engine repair service. I love taking romantic walks through Ace with my wife. If you want that old hardware store happy days feel Autry's Ace is the place. Slightly more pricey but products that last. You'll save more money with Ace in the long run. Everyone knows that.

They have always been really helpful and nice people. Prices aren’t always the best I’ll be honest, however, I do appreciate the convenience of the store plus the wide variety of items. The sweet dog inside is a great plus!

I was having a horrible day. My water pump stopped working and they helped me find all new wiring parts. That didn't work unfortunately. I had just learned that my cat had inoperable cancer and I became very overwhelmed. I literally teared up in the store. There was nothing they could do at this point but I guess they told the owner how upset I was. He approached me at my van (I'm literally sobbing from frustration and embarrassment) and told me that he and the whole staff there would help me with whatever I needed. This act of kindness meant so much

The store is clean but has a very slim selection of tools. Their power tool section was almost non existent and other things were either over priced or under stocked. Usually Ace had some sales going on and I didn't see a one other than their overly large supply of grills and outdoor needs. It was obvious that this location is more for a person trying to cut their own grass and throw a grill party rather than providing a true hardware store.
