Aaron and Todd are amazing. They have worked with me and are very understanding in any situation.... I have 3 sets of furniture with them and I will deff continue purchasing from them as needed. It is Definitely worth it especially if your in a bind. Thanks Aaron and Tom.

So I got a little more online they said it would take two to three weeks before I get the lawn mower so the lady at the store told me to cancel the order and she can get me one at her location as I do so it takes 10 business days to get my money back when I need a lawn mower now if I knew that it was going to do that I would have never even bother to mess with Aaron and the approval takes way too long took 3 days from mine

Real friendly staff very helpful the only problem I’ve had I had issue with my tv and when the driver come picked it up can you make me feel like I missed it up the size that oh if your payment is declined they will call you within five minutes so besides that they are great I would recommend

Had a used washer and dryer set on display washed 3 loads threw it then stops half way through it smell wire and rubber burning got a tech out to fix the problem tech came out said it was unrepairable and that him his self personally went to the store after the first owner. Dropped it and damaged it and the tech told them it wasn't in working condition but still put it out on display anyway and pushed it out onto me very disappointed and corporate has been notified about the situation and waiting for regional manager to call about the situation

They have gone down hill so bad. I did an on line order on the 5th. Tgey withdrew 5$ on the 5th and another 5$ today AFTER THEY canceled it THEMSELVES, yesterday which was the 10th. NO CALL, NO EMAIL, NOTHING. They just canceled and took more of my money. Horrible way to do business and we still have

Worst experience I've ever had, didn't think it was legal to come banging on our door until we had to turn the water off and get off l out of the shower after only being 2 weeks late on payment. If they had called the other number on file then they would've known the account owner was not able to answer his phone or do anything with it and since I'm not on the account they wouldn't even talk to me when i called. No care for the fact that he had a pacemaker put in recently and then charged almost $100 in late fees.

The Aaron's store in Gainesville is by far the best in the Greater Atlanta area. Their service is superior to others, because the mgmt staff is so focused on doing everything the right way, and taking care of their customers. With short term leasing, competitive pricing, and 120 days same-as-cash, plus free service, it'd be hard shopping anywhere else. Thank you all for your professionalism and great customer care!
