I bought a 2017 Tradesman service truck. Was in and out very quickly with no hassle, seems to be a great place to buy a vehicle. I will return when I need a second work truck.

Went to truck country to buy 2 work vans and was very disappointed with the customer service. Had to track down the sales guy who seemed annoyed by a customer wanting to look at some vehicles. After I asked him a few questions about a vehicle not marked yet he became even more agitated. Asked him about a vehicle up front and his response is price is in the window. I said I was interested in buying 2 and what we could work out but he obviously was not going to help and didn't want my business. I've purchased vehicles here before and the new guy is destroying truck country rep. I'll take my buisness to another dealer.

I would recommend Truck Country to anyone looking to add a service vehicle.The salesman was very knowledgeable without using pressure for us to buy. The price on the tag was “out the door “ no hidden fees. They had a good selection of vehicles to choose from. I will definitely use them in the future.
