Why are food court mangers (Angela) bragging that their jobs are too easy for them but can’t seem to put out their new schedules before shifts end and then not send it to employees that are off work but want to write said employees up for not showing up for work??? Go figure why people don’t last long there regardless of the taxed bonus they’re offering new employees...

Worst Company to work for low pay management is horrible if you’re not in there click they will make up lies to get you fired Diane at HR has bad attitude would never work for this company again if you’re desperate for a job go for it company also has a high turn over rate glad I left I moved on to better opportunities no career or advancement with this low paying company.

Old PX fort hood a M.A.C store even. All the food service workers in the food court need to be replaced. Rude rude rude. Cold food or old/ been sitting out for too long. I ordered Arby’s turkey Swiss sandwich last visit my sandwich was literally wet the turkey was as if someone took the turkey dipped it into water then slabbed it on my sandwich. Everyone seems miserable to be working there. Quite sad. The PX itself is very out dated it’s depressing and makes not even want to go there at all.

Told two different stories about a video game that was released today. Instead of getting all the information the supervisor told me to go to GameStop who has the game and I can purchase the game there. What is the point of selling video games if you’re going to send people to other stores because you rather not help. Customer service was not helpful and now I know if I want to get anything on the release date don’t go to the Exchange on post they’ll make up an excuse why it’s not on the shelves.

The firearms counter has some great associates working there. I ordered a specific rifle and had a quick response of its arrival to the store. Richard and Charlie are very courteous and have a great customer service. Thanks guys for the time you took and made it a great experience.
