We just moved to Georgia from Idaho and Jane along with her staff made our transition so smooth. We got our renters and auto coverage taken care of immediately and she followed up to see that everything went well. You don’t get that nowadays. So glad to have her as our agent and continuing our relationship with Allstate.

Working with this office was great at first. Somewhere along the line, things changed. Christy is great, but there is a strong lack of communication everywhere else. My fiance and I had at least 10 different quotes with completely different numbers for our homeowners policy, and Mrs. Pennington did not seem to be able to pinpoint why. A weekafter we moved into our recently purchased home, we get a cancellation notice for our policy. Frantic, we were on the phone with customer care for almost 2 hours trying to figure out exactly what had happened. We requested to be switched to a new local agent, and within a week I got a call from the Pennington's Allstate office to advise of more changes that had to be made because of other mistakes on their part. Towards the end of the call, I was asked if it were true that we had requested a new agent. I answered yes and told her it was the last of communication. Mrs. Pennington then proceeded to say, "but baby, listen..." and I was not happy. I am not a child, nor am I ignorant. I am an adult and I don't need justification or a dumbed down explanation of excuses. Needless to say, working with Mrs. Pennington was not a pleasant experience.

No one likes insurance but everyone likes good service. Penninton's Allstate has has provided me with the best insurance for my needs and has paid off more than once when I really needed it.
