If you like never getting your package on the day it was supposed to arrive and never getting any answers or help in finding your package; then ship with UPS in Georgia. Is it lost? Stolen? Destroyed? You’ll never know cause no matter who you call or speak with online or talk to at your local ups store, you’ll never get a direct answer. You’ll be told it’s delayed at the Forest Park center but will be updated soon.. for the next 7 days after it was supposed to arrive. Meanwhile it’s costing you money and causing you stress. EDIT: if you reach out on social media like the reply below asks, you get another AI. Who responds with the exact same no-where answers from the website and from the people at the ups store. It took pushing the AI to finally get a real person to answer me. And long story short they don’t know where my package is and I need to take it up with the shipper.

Rude customer service. they can't keep staff on duty. the one employee that works there performin customer service is always away in the restroom. if I could give a rating lower than 1 star I would.

This UPS is the worse! Every time when tracking a package that’s due for delivery, if it makes a stop at this hub you best believe that it’s going to be delayed because it’s sits unmoved at this hub for days. And when you try to contact customer service after finally bypassing the annoying phone bots, they are clueless. I hate to see any of my packages get tracked to this location.

My box was arrived here in the U.S Louisville, Kentucky in April. We are almost in June. What happened? All your doing keep calling me, emailing me. Responding with my Reviews. But No resolution ?

Driver delivered package to wrong address...unable to get assistance with retrieving package that was signed for at the wrong address. The drivers are continuously delivering to the wrong address. This is overly frustrating.

I have a package that was shipped 5-21-24 supposed to deliver 5-22-24 it’s 5-27-24 and still no delivery.This hub has listed my package as having a correct address which is not true and no movement or scans from this hub have been made since 5-22-24.I even had my local UPS store call to follow up on my package and still don’t have an update.

Package was set to be delivered on Friday 5/10, well I had no idea I needed to setup an account in order for them to just leave it at the door. No big deal, set that up and then wait until 5/11, package had been out for delivery since 10:00am and was guaranteed by 7:00pm, well it’s now 8:15 and it’s just updated to say the next available delivery date will be updated later. So what? My package is just in limbo now? Why are the hours listed as they’re not open on Saturday but my package somehow was “out for delivery” all day long. Here’s to hoping that Monday I’ll see my package and it won’t just be taken back by ups, like I get it, packages get stolen, but let me deal with it, I shouldn’t have to make an account and check a box to leave it at my door, I didn’t even want the selling company to use ups but I didn’t have an option.

Very disappointed in this facility
I understand things happen but I have a 1 business day shipping turn into 3 days
Which is unacceptable when I paid for a specific shipping service and I even went up to the facility and was given a lame excuse no one tried to accommodate me
This is bad service and wouldn’t recommend ups to anyone
