Supposed to be open 24 hours, doors not even locked they put a wet floor sign in between both door angles on the inside so when you try to open it the door rips back out your hand damn near dislocated my shoulder, I have a previous injury that required surgery and this re aggrevated it, either close or open dont have employees that keep a door closed this way

I love the Customer Service at this location. Just stay consistent in keeping the restrooms ? clean & fully stocked. This is a high traffic location, so I recommend maintaining hourly

Clean place and well stocked with lots of choices of snacks. Hot foods great. Friendly clerks. Deserves 5 stars for all that. But this rent-a-spot for truckers doesn't make me feel welcome. Other reviews about drivers being woke up at 2 and 4 am, if true that's not good. You should be enforcing it within a few hours of check in and check out times. Paid parking isn't a plus for any truckstop. Its to boost your profits. Providing parking for trucks isn't easy for a business so it's how you do it that matters. Doesn't look like the 4 hour spots are monitored here. Be consistent with your truck parking rules or get rid of them..

I try my best to not go to this location because of how rude everyone is. Today I was reminded of that. Not one bit of good customer skills in the building. Do you not manage your employees and how they talk to people? Is there no screening or proper customer service training? This whole place needs a redo!

Cashier had a very bad attitude ,when I tried to pay with a 1oo dollar bill ,a very bad and nasty attitude, that is not all , one of the nite crew members was nasty too never used those coffee machines before, touched one thinking u hah to touch to start selecting what coffee flavor u want, she comes very rude, you don't meant to touch that if is not on we don't have coffee I think some of them need to go to take a customer service class, or get another job , I forgot , when u go over there around 10 and 3am. Most of the employees think they are in a party or in their neighborhood talking to each other about personal things, and of course ignoring customers, next time this happens I promise I will post pictures of those 2, because I have to say is not all the employees but those 2 , always have bad attitude and not only with me

I was frequenting this racetrack to get coffee every single morning up until this morning. An employee named Akende or afetunde ( a dark skinned male employee with dreadlocks) was extremely rude and I will go into detail. I walked into Racetrack as I always do and headed toward the coffee area. I started my coffee as usual and once I turned around noticed that there were only two creamer containers left. This young man was walking by me and I approached to ask if there were anymore cream for us to use for coffee in a polite manner. Immediately with disdain and an attitude he stated that he is going to get the creamer I need to be patient and walked away. When he returned I stated that I know you maybe tired because I’m tired too but I didn’t deserve that type of energy just because I asked about cream . He still had an attitude in an attempt to go back and forth with me. Extremely rude! Not to mention, I’m not sure if his friend was there but there was another guy with glasses on tall dark skinned that attacked me on my way out, calling me all types of names and threatening me through the window who I didn’t even know and wasn’t even involved that I knew of anyway. What a complete joke customer service is these days. If he can’t handle customer service he can go to Amazon prime where he doesn’t have to answer to anyone or a warehouse. That job is not for you. And is he in a gang??? That was crazy how that other young man conducted himself he does not know me. I reported this to the manager who was extremely sweet I didn’t get her name but she is a petite fair skinned lady and I appreciate her but once I was attacked in the parking lot I had to write a review because what was that, all I wanted was a coffee. I will never return to this establishment it’s ghetto and it’s crazy I just noticed today.

Just because u was trying to finish my pizza by the door she said I can’t eat there telling me to go out. And some attitude. I just got something to said I’m no white, I’m not black I’m not from here, I’m from up there. And clean that nasty ness by the tables and you said you already clean it up.?????

This place is nice and clean but for truckers only 4 hour parking limit ,after that $22 for night ( if not security will woke you up at 4 am in the morning) ! Doesn’t matter if you buy 100s of gallon diesel or merchandise ! Half the parking is reserved for local trucks ! Do not expect to get parking here anyway !

This store is only good for getting gas and that’s when you can get to a pump. The bathrooms are always closed and they never have any food ready over night. Don’t waste your time coming here between midnight and 7am. They may as well be a regular gas station because this RaceTrac is completely useless if you need anything other than gas before 7am. The drink machines don’t even work most of the time and the drinks are watered down. This is a waste of a racetrac, seriously because it’s 4 other gas stations near by with cheap gas

The property is well kept.The store is neat and clean.The ladies room ( bathroom) was open, unlike many of the RaceTrac's in the metro Atlanta area.The ladies restroom was very clean.The store has a large selection of merchandise and food items to choose from.
