Humid and musky and lots of bugs. Fabrics now smell musky, water seeped through a couple of boxes. Was supposed to be climate controlled. Priced higher than other facilities but lower quality.

Un American company doesn't take cash. Clames it's a security thing. If you aren't able to secure a little daly working cash why should I trust you to secure my stuff. Lazy management not concerned about their customer.stay away they don't want you to be able to pay your bill so they can sell your stuff.

I was impressed by the staff. They are knowledgeable and friendly. The office is clean and organized. They have boxes and packing supplies available for moving and storing your belongings.

This is the place to go for any storage needs, just rented a u-haul from there and it was super quick and easy. Dawn and Kalei were awesome, very friendly and helpful.

The girl at the front desk was so helpful , she wore glasses and I asked her name and she told me but I forgot her name. She was sweet , and very supportive in answering my questions.

Good price for the unit. However, I was double charged 3 months in row causing my account to have overdraft fees every time. They didn’t offer to help me cover the fees.

Good storage unit, however, I spent 7 weeks in jail and after explaining to them I had no way to pay the bill from jail, they still charged me late fees...
