“First time with this pharmacy and the customer service took me back to a time where filling a prescription was a friendly interaction with helpful people who take pride in their work and are happy to be there. I’ve been going to mainstream pharmacies for so many years that I didn’t even notice I had become accustomed to the tense and boarder line hostile normality of dropping off and picking up a prescription. That was until I visited this new pharmacy. When you call, you are always greeted with a friendly staff member. My prescription was filled in minutes and the pharmacist even popped out just to thank me for my business! The staff was cheerful and the list goes on with great compliments! I had a cold and was completely under the weather and still left with a smile. Thank you Citizens Pharmacy! I am so happy I no longer have to dread going to get a prescription filled and definitely have found my new go to Pharmacy!”
“I have shopped at this location for many years and have mostly had good experiences. Like most Kroger stores they all are very similar and are usually operated well. This location has been consistent over the years, the staff has been for the most part friendly and helpful when needed. It is always super busy so the shelves are never full but they seem to work hard at trying to keep them stocked, i very frequently am able to get everything on my shopping list as they always seem to be out of something and that's why I only give 4 stars. But I'm also realistic, with them being shopped as much as they are they could very well be out of more items on my list each time. This is still my go to grocery store as it's on my way home and the prices are good especially when you take advantage of the weekly deals and e-coupons. The saving on fuel is a bonus as well:”

“I gave 2 Star‘s because I love Publix as a whole. This is the first time I have ever been in a Publix where I felt unwanted. I pride myself in shopping here because of the phenomenal service I have gotten from Georgia to Florida. While I was here, I waited patiently in line to order one of my favorite sandwiches. After I waited, two gentlemen behind me will call ahead of me. I said excuse me a few times to whereas the other employees looked around and they even noticing what happened. The people in line around me noticed as well and it was embarrassing. Both parties ignored. I have never had that happen, and I walked out immediately and went to another supermarket up the road where I Got the service that I’m used To.”

“Shop here at least once a week since it opened. I walk in today and they are installing self checkout registers. I am so disappointed. One of the main reasons I shop here over Kroger or Walmart is customer service. Interested to see how this affects the store. Publix is more expensive but I have been willing to pay more for customer service. That may change now.”
