“Publix at Flowery Branch has recently become my go-to Publix. Its so much more convenient to go to Flowery Branch than to The Vineyards. With all the construction and road widening in front of the Vineyard plaza, the traffic is terrible. Additionally, the Flowery Branch store is bigger and more open. The aisles seem to be wider and easier to get down. They have a much larger fish dept and a good selection of veggies. The meat dept. has a nice long case vs being broken up on 2 walls in a corner. Easy to shop. Checkout can be more of a hassle as they dont always have enough registers open. But they do have self check out so that helps. Overall, it's a nice grocery store to shop in.”

“Great store! I drive out of my way to shop there. All of the staff is friendly and helpful, especially the store manager. Lower prices than the competition. The store is immaculate and makes shopping there a pleasurable experience!Tom M.”

“5 Stars most def!! Great products, guidance and service! Even with the broken English of an Employee UGA Fan that that nosed his way into the conversation with me and the cashier. Typical UGA fan beating up on Tech. I wont stand for it. I'm sure he is a fine young man, great employee and probably a family member. The best NY Strips ever!!”

“For 22 years now I've been going to the Kroger that only for the pricing and convenience, but for the pharmacy, the pharmacy team, the Kroger team. They are all dedicated and committed to the store, and I've watched many iterations of this location over the years. As we struggle into 2023, with high prices on food and produce, and every day items I now drive, 30 miles to come to this Kroger to be with my people that recognize me and he'll serve me for so long. My Christmas dinner was a standing rib roast I bought here and they continually get the frozen shrimp and cod to feed the family during the week of the budget and they still have chicken, less than any other place offering chicken breast, thighs or wings if you can find them. I only know one way to pay tribute to this location is post some dishes I've made with their bargains and let them know that the job they do is important and appreciated and as I've had to adjust my budget to accommodate inflation, Kroger has been there all the way! I couldn't do without my Kroger. Highly recommend.”

“Always a great Publix. Usually very clean. The Deli could be faster at tackling the line for subs. If you order online the sandwich won't be ready at the pick up time if the line for regular orders is long, or vice versa.”

“I gave 2 Star‘s because I love Publix as a whole. This is the first time I have ever been in a Publix where I felt unwanted. I pride myself in shopping here because of the phenomenal service I have gotten from Georgia to Florida. While I was here, I waited patiently in line to order one of my favorite sandwiches. After I waited, two gentlemen behind me will call ahead of me. I said excuse me a few times to whereas the other employees looked around and they even noticing what happened. The people in line around me noticed as well and it was embarrassing. Both parties ignored. I have never had that happen, and I walked out immediately and went to another supermarket up the road where I Got the service that I’m used To.”

“I was just in yesterday to grab a few items and it was so easy to find them. The crew works hard and it is my favorite location because of it. Kyla checked me out and was super friendly!!”

“Stopped by today with my mom looking for melatonin! They have the gummy and fast melts that are pure melatonin. I can't take the melatonin with herbs in it. Since I'm taking rejection meds for my kidney transplant. They are sure how it will mess with my system and meds. Glad I found some melatonin that will help me get some good sleep. And they are reasonably priced as well. Will be back.”

“After relocating to a different house, this Kroger is now closer than Publix. I will say that this Kroger is very clean, well organized, and has a bigger selection of items then Publix. Pretty happy to be moving my business from P to K!”

“The staff here was very helpful and friendly. Currently my medication is very hard to come by, but they were very transparent about what they had and stock and told me the best plan of action to getting my medication. Very helpful.”

“Shop here at least once a week since it opened. I walk in today and they are installing self checkout registers. I am so disappointed. One of the main reasons I shop here over Kroger or Walmart is customer service. Interested to see how this affects the store. Publix is more expensive but I have been willing to pay more for customer service. That may change now.”

“I stop here almost everyday on my way to work. The girl that works in the morning is ALWAYS super friendly! She'll order stuff in that she doesn't carry if you ask. They also carry some items you would find at a vape/head shop. Just a great little gas station!”

“I have shopped at this location for many years and have mostly had good experiences. Like most Kroger stores they all are very similar and are usually operated well. This location has been consistent over the years, the staff has been for the most part friendly and helpful when needed. It is always super busy so the shelves are never full but they seem to work hard at trying to keep them stocked, i very frequently am able to get everything on my shopping list as they always seem to be out of something and that's why I only give 4 stars. But I'm also realistic, with them being shopped as much as they are they could very well be out of more items on my list each time. This is still my go to grocery store as it's on my way home and the prices are good especially when you take advantage of the weekly deals and e-coupons. The saving on fuel is a bonus as well:”

“Was surprising a family member with a gift of flowers after some very bad news and I can't even begin to express how helpful they were! The florist wasn't even in when I called but Dave picked up. I explained the situation and he was like, just come in, I've got you bro! Was absolutely outstanding and he helped me build the perfect arrangement for them! He completely embodied every value that good customer service should have and I can't thank the kroger crew enough!!”

“My favorite Grocery storeI have been shopping there. There just the 1st day. They is one major problem as far as me. Is when you go to check out and pay for your food. It can be confusion when you have to stay in a long white line for cash. Only then you have another cash register for the Visa. Credit card with a 2. It's just confusing with me. I just missed the o cash registers. Where are you? Just put the food down and they would cross it for you.But it is a number one grocery store. Great process, friendly environment. Most of all, it's very close to where I live.”
