My parents have a checking account with WF and a safety deposit box at this branch. Christina Smith has been extremely helpful handling the process of filing our Power of Attorney for my mom since my dad passed. Very friendly and professional. And the staff did a good job assisting my sister in accessing the safety deposit box, verifying her documents, and providing any help needed in a friendly and professional manner.

Christina Smith was awesome helping me get my daughter's account situated. I had some fraud done on my account and wanted to take extra steps to make sure all accounts were secure! She has gone above and beyond to help us! My husband and I will be coming back Saturday morning for her to continue to help us!! Thank you, Christina!

They have 1 teller in the front and 1 at drive-thru. Waiting 20mins in line with teller waiting for a simple cash deposit. 5 people waiting behind, terrible service. Hiring more people, pay better, do better...your employees are not happy.

This branch is by far THE WORST in terms of customer service. Rude and unprofessional. I just may leave this bank after nearly 20 years because of this branch. Go else where that they will appreciate your business.

If you can go after lunch time and not on a Friday thru drive thru, then your wait is about 10 minutes! Otherwise, bring a cup of coffee and plan to wait...relax..make use of your longer wait.. .
