THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER RECEIVED. A GROUP OF EMPLOYEES WERE EATING FOOD AT THE FRONT CASHIER REGISTER, CHATTING AND GIGGLING WHILE I NEEDED ASSISTANCE ON THE FLOOR on SATURDAY JULY 20, 2024 . COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I went to the Fayetteville, GA location and experienced top notched customer service from Michael and his staff. The interaction that I had with he and his team was the defining reason on why our company decided to purchase all of our office chairs and all future office supplies primarily from Staples, especially at the Fayetteville, Ga location

I guess I went on a bad day. I went to do an Amazon return and get something laminated.
The store was empty from customes except two at main register with one cashier.
Eventually the young man came over and explained a few people had quit that week so they were understaffed. He was able to do my Amazon return but I got tired of waiting for the other employee/ manager to come help laminate. (About 3 other people had walked in at this point needing some type of print service.)

This store should just close at this point have had 2 print orders not get filled …. ….. You try too support these stores only too have to go through this order placed 4/13 it’s 4/20

Employees falling apart, rude lady who I assume was the manager (angry white lady) was loudly complaining to another employee while three of us waited in line. After another customer called her out, she rudely started arguing with the customer, grabbed her keys in a huff, and stormed out of the store. I was having trouble not laughing how ridiculous she was being ? But she left all the other employees lost and picking up her pieces

Yesterday, I was in the Fayetteville, GA Staples store waiting for my son to complete his TSA Pre-Check process. There was a small flyer on the table about other available services - which I picked up to read and an employee (named Keisha) shouted at me to "Put that back!" She also said that the person helping me would give me one after we were done. My son and I Iooked at each other in disbelief, while I put the paper back. When my son was finished, the gentleman did not even mention the flyer and we left.
I felt that Keisha's actions were totally uncalled for, as she was loud and quite embarrassing! The disrespect she displayed (to a senior, no less) was appalling. Whatever happened to professionalism? As a retired Human Resources Administrator for a government agency, it was quite obvious that she needs proper training. I truly hope this issue is addressed, so that she doesn't chase more customers away.

Violet was a terrific help to me at the Staples services center. I needed some books “wire-bound” in an hurry and Violet absolutely performed that task within fifteen minutes! I couldn’t be more impressed with her attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. Thanks, Violet, you’re the best.

The manager had me to wait over 30 minutes just to not be able to assist me she gave me two options I chose one dealing with the printing department. She told me after sitting and waiting that I couldn’t get what I needed done. She then brushed me off I asked for the general manager number and her name she gave me just a first common name KEISHA. Unprofessional, Wasted Time, horrible service. Will never return to this location as long as she’s a SALE MANAGER. She just lost a customer

I came in today to get some printing done. Ceithan was very nice and helpful. So worth coming in. Making this my new home staples as I do travel.

This is my first time at this location. I needed some papers copied, so I came here. The store is somewhat organized. The employees are friendly and will assist you, if needed. Over by the copy machines and printing area, is very cluttered. It also needed dusting. If you need passport photos, they have an area where they take photos for you. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area.
