I had my 50th Birthday Party and my photo shoot at LCHEA EVENTS it was so amazing!!!! The quality of work is unmatched. The decor was so beautiful, it was super clean and smell great. Gio made sure everything was perfect before I arrived. All I had to do was come ready to party. I will definitely book my next event with Gio at Lchea Events. We are so grateful to Gio and her wonderful team for making my mother’s birthday and retirement party a huge success! She really took her time to capture the theme we wanted and when we walked into the space it was breathtaking. Our guests were thoroughly impressed and happy that they came!We are so happy that we found Lchea’ Events. This venue is beautiful and very spacious. Gio and Mark were very pleasant and professional. Yes it is in a a shopping center but the parking is thoroughly explained prior to booking your event. There were no other events booked that day so Gio allowed us early access to the venue for the entire day. My daughters Sweet 16 was a huge success!

The place is in a strip mall , with no extra parking. People had to cross a road & park in a Walgreens parking lot.The lady was very rude ! She allowed us only 1 hour before our event of 100 people ! Didn’t do what was in the contract: gave us c extremely crumpled table covers, no bartender at the start of the event as promised, nobody to guide parking as promised. It was just a nightmare booking this place for our cultural event !!

The facility is beautiful, modern and spacious! It appears from the street that the location is small, but it is very spacious. Gio the owner is very professional, diligent and pleasant. I enjoyed working with her!?She allows for you to use your own caterer and there is plenty of space for a band or disc jockey. The parking can be limited however, Gio provided us areas next door for our guests to park. We would definitely rent this place again. It is simply beautiful even before you decorate!

I threw my parents a 60th birthday party and it was amazing. Gio made sure we had everything we needed. She was very professional and helpful. The venue it self is very beautiful. There was enough room for all our guest to sit and even have a dance floor. I’m so glad we were able to book with her. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

Omg ! The venue was beautiful! My family had such a great time Gio was hands on and BEYOND helpful !! any question or concerns I had she got back with me right away and helped me make my event a success !! we will be back for future engagements !! 10/10 ❤️

The venue was BEAUTIFUL as well as CLEAN! Gio was very responsive and made this process very easy from the moment we reached out to her. After visiting the venue, we were sold! We loved the beautiful draping, chiavari chairs, uplighting, and gorgeous chandeliers that were already at the venue and included in our package. In addition, the bathrooms were impeccably clean and smelled wonderful. The kitchen was clean as well. There also was plenty of parking available for all of our guests (parking is in the front and back of venue). There really was NOTHING lacking about this venue. Everyone was truly blown away by the beauty! We are so happy that we found this beautiful gem located in Fayetteville! It was worth every penny and then some! We look forward to hosting any future events in this same exact space!

The venue was so beautiful! There is so much you can do with the space. Made for a perfect baby shower! And the owner Gio was SO easy to work with. This will definitely be my go to event space.
