Horrible....I was promised 2 people would do my hair but when I got there, it was only one person. She kept saying someone would come and they were on the way. Eventually once she was half way through, she said all the braiders were at church so she rushed through my hair and you can definitely tell.....my braids are so spaced out and thin! I will not be back and will not recommend to anyone! A waste of money and day!

Store wasn’t opened on time had to wait for someone to get there around 10am. When she arrived she didn’t have any hair I had to take her to the beauty supply store around the corner where I had to purchase the hair. Because I requested the money be taken out of the service she stated to use less hair which prob was another reason my hair turned out so awful. It wasn’t even at the ends. My hair looked like it was months old right after getting out the chair. I was told someone would redo my hair but I didn’t have time to return I was going on vacation that weekend and didn’t have another day to waste. Will def not recommend.

Went in 9/12/2019 at 10am to get corn rows. Showed her a picture of Allen Iverson and she did it perfectly! Put gel on it to make it shine and the parts were even. Chairs were comfy, room temperature was nice and I got to watch Martin on a huge flat screen TV. Was not crowded at all. Very clean. I’m going every other week. Prices were very affordable.

Ii made an appointment on Tuesday. I received a call late Friday evening saying they couldn't do my hair because the lady that was going to do it wasn't comy to work. Poor professionalism!!!

Best Braid shop I have been to in a long time. Braids are neat, didn't take long. Did not hurt much! Shop was clean, and I will go back.
