Worst store to go to do shipping. I didn't have an account and needed help and they just turn the computer on gave me the envelopes and I was on my own. I spent half an hour got stuck asked for help and they treated me like I was dumb because I didn't know what I was doing. After all that time I ended up going somewhere else and got my package taken care of with 10 minutes. Staff needs training on how to communicate with customers. Customer service is very important to any business..

This is by far THE BEST FedEx location I've ever utilized. I'd like to particularly thank Ms Marionah for her exceptional professionalism, kindness, and world class customers service. I came in literally with 2 pick-up truck loads of packages to get shipped to California. Ms. Marionah took care of the transactions with what can only be described as fantastic, in every respect.
My hat is off to the manager, Ms. Tiffany and the entire staff at this location. Always great, and is much appreciated!

I meant to share this Tuesday July 23, 2024. I went into this location, Marionah was absolutely very helpful. I haven’t needed to use a facility to print anything in years. But I relocated and stuff is in storage along with my printer! I went in to print a copy of my marital information using their computers. The documents would not print. Tried using the fedex site she stated to upload but it wasn’t working or taking along time to send me a code. She offered to print (which they are not to do so don’t ask) once I sent the email to their office email it allowed it to be printed. She maintained a level of professionalism I was frustrated not at her at all and did not say mean things. I considered myself tech savvy but I wasn’t that day I guess.Lol Her service was amazing! Thank you, Marionah. I meant to send this the day of but it’s been a busy week!

Being retired military I’ve been to Fed-ex all over this country this location is the worst! We will never patronize this business again!!! Marioniah is beyond rude and unprofessional. Customers waiting to be helped. She even asked us if we needed help and went to the back of the store and left us waiting for another 10 minutes!!

My experience was Fabulous, I went to get two signs made, and the knowledge that I had for task was zero, The manager Tiffany and her staff, were Awesome they worked hard to help me make this task a success. I was here printing out a major file that took a lot of time. Tanaya was the staff member that helped me. She was incredibly patient and very helpful with making my purchase. She also helped me save money by telling me to use print and go instead of pulling up my file on the computer. I almost thought about giving up and leaving the store but thanks to her kindness and patience I was able get my information printed

After consistently extremely late deliveries on anything shipped thru this service, I have decided to stop doing business with any company that ships with FedEx. Yes, they're really that terrible. Literally the EARLIEST anything has arrived was 15 days LATE.

Antoinette was extremely helpful and fast with my service 2/29/24. But I wouldn’t recommend them tho because today 3/6/24 I can’t seem to locate my 5 packages or the tracking information from my receipt. I need help finding my stuff, thanks.

I needed prints made for a very important event but only gave them 8 hours notice. Everyone worked really hard to give me exactly what I wanted quickly and for the best price. But most of all ,I have to thank Gregory for making sure it was done in time. Great Service!

Tiffany the manager and the full team is always amazing. They greet me by name and she’s the best manager I’ve ever experienced at a Fed Ex store. The entire staff is always so pleasant and patient. I have never had a mishap or not learned new ways to do things when visiting this location that can help me save $$z I truly believe she should offer training to other managers because she’s an amazing leader. I wish I could give 100 stars this location is unmatched with their great customer care.

The Store Manager at this store Ms. Tiffany is wonderful. Her work ethic and diligence is to recognize and highly appreciated. Thank you Ms. Tiffany for making my experience wonderful. She printed out some wonderful programs for me gave me excellent suggestions while being so patient with me. ❤️❤️❤️. Her Assistant Gregory is great as well. He made sure that my order was done the next even when he didn’t have the time. Due to a large order he made an exception for me. Thank You Gregory for going above and beyond for your customers. Ms. Tiffany has trained you so well.

This location moved next to the Verizon store in the Pavillion across the street. Don't know why it's not updated yet because the new location doesn't even show up on maps. It's on the side of Publix in the Pavillion before you get to Olive Garden. You're welcome.
