Unfortunately, an unreliable, unresponsive and careless company. Left my laptop for an urgent windows fix since I rely on it to do my work; was told they’d call me in the morning to give an update; waited until 10:45’ish the next day but no calls. called phone listed in their website; no response; left a message but no reply. Sent an email, but no response either. Went to the office, the person attending the store opened the door and when told him about the fact I was awaiting for an update his response “Told you we would sometime in the morning” ?. Asked when will the laptop be worked on; the attendant indicated his boss would come in 10-15mins and he will look at it. Left the place unhappy, and cautiously optimistic my laptop would truly be worked on. Waited another couple of hours until around 1pm but no call. Called the office; no response. Left a message; no reply. Decided to go to the office again, and asked the attendant if they have started to work on the laptop and he told me that his boss has not come yet. At that point, decided to take my laptop w me as it was obvious I would not have had a preliminary indication of the issue at least until Monday.Only positive thing about this experience, the company did not charge me for a diagnosis they may have had run.My two cents on this company. Hopefully, they improve their customer service with time.

I would 100% recommend this business. I was very weary of buying a refurbished computer from someone online at first but I am so glad I did! My son wanted a beginner gaming computer and I don’t know much about gaming or computers they gave me a great price on a package with dual monitors and the whole set up. It came in super fast and was packaged nice and secure. When it came in I had no idea how to hook up the dual monitors I just messaged him and he told me to call and the techs would help me. My son is so happy with his new computer!!!! Thank you! Definitely will buy again if I need more computer stuff.

I have previously purchased a laptop and currently 2 desktops. Because I was changing from very old desktops I was unfamiliar with the new upgrades and didn’t know how to transfer data from the old ones. Thus, I created a problem I couldn’t solve. These guys stepped in a did an exceptional job in helping me get my problems solved within a matter of hours.
