I had my Land Rover towed to Kars when it had an electrical problem. They diagnosed and repaired the Rover. Quick service and a fair price. Good communication as well. Mike and Jimmy were great.

I'm from SW Georgia and was traveling to Warne NC, had a check engine light come on and had Advance Auto check the code which showed a mass air sensor, the young man at Advance recommended K.A.R.S Automotive, I contacted them and they asked me to bring it by there shop. They were very busy but said they would take care of my problem ,I stated that I could leave the car with them for two days. The next day around noon K.A.R.S called me and said my car was ready, they explained in detail the work they performed and the total charges which was very reasonable. We drove back to sw Georgia with no issues and the engine performed flawlessly. These people took very good care of us and were very professional, courteous. I highly recommend KARS if you are in the area and need any type of maintenance to your automobile, the business was clean and well organized with a comfortable waiting area ???????? Thanks,Alan

This is the 2nd time I have taken my work truck to this company... the 1st time seemed amazing 5 star review across the board...this time they rushed it charged me almost 200 for A diagnostics test That O'reilly's does for free? Told me the problem was my battery, which they sold me for another $200. Just for my car to die and be towed back to their shop before I can make a home.I had to have a buddy of mine told my car was probably cooling highwayThat O'reilly's does for free? So to say I'm pissed is beyond words...... lord please let round 3 be better or direct me in the path of an honest Mechanic.... Hard-working people don't deserve to be taken advantage of.

I brought my 2015 Ford F150 and I was charged $170 for them to scan and pull a code. I spoke with Mike and he mentioned it was a sensor that went bad. They were charging me $1000 to fix the sensor. so I went ahead and purchased a sensor it in and it did not fix the problem. I can’t imagine having to pay that $1000 and getting a callback stating it was not the sensor and it’s gonna cost more money. Make sure wherever you take your vehicle they do more than just a scan a code.

Visited KARS Automotive Repair while traveling on vacation near Ellijay, GA. My Ford Flex was experiencing suspension noise that I was concerned about since I had to drive back to Michigan in a few days. So, Jim (service writer) at KARS had his technician inspect suspension of my car, and found my sway bar bushings were worn, but could be fixed when I returned home. This inspection was done free of charge, and gave me peace of mind to drive home safely. I highly recommend KARS Automotive Repair for honest and fair service. I will call on them again for my automotive repair needs.

great communication skills. For the last year, I have been taking my vehicles to KARS for service and repair. In my many years of experience with automotive/truck repair shops, KARS stands out as a shining light. They are attentive to my needs, are able to explain the problems and solutions to my satisfaction, and always offer alternative remedies. Every KARS employee I interacted with was professional and courteous, going out of their way to diagnose problems and ensure I was satisfied with the results. Mike, the customer's main point of contact, is especially attentive and empathetic with customer difficulties—and I always felt that he was looking out for me. KARS is an excellent choice for vehicle maintenance and repair.
