“We shop here before going up the mountain. What blows my mind is the Meat department. They have more meat than I've seen anywhere else and its prices are great. The store is an older model store but they keep everything stocked and very clean.”

“We stopped in when we noticed it leaving Ace from across the street. It's authentic Hispanic fair. They have a grocery and some clothes too. I had a question but the gentleman behind the counter didn't speak English. No worries. They had fresh chicharones! Small but packed full of goods.”

“Conveniently located in Ellijay, this convenience store also sells gas. We bought ice here for our day trip to watch the Total Solar Eclipse, and later we filled up our car with gas before driving back to Florida. I noticed they also sell food. Service was good - what you expect from a convenience store.”
“This is a great gas station. I love the people who owned it and the new owners are so very polite and professional. Great gas station. No diesel, just gas. Gas is reasonably priced here for the distance from town and they have all kinds of stuff inside that is dollar store priced. Great place.”
“This is towards the owner of the building, and who ever is responsible for ordering of the goods that go on the shelves. Stop being lazy, and cheap, and order sugar. Your staff told on you. The last time from this date that you ordered sugar was 2 weeks ago. The employees are great. The owners different story. Never have milk in stock, never have sugar in stock. 4 cup coffee filters is all they sell. Food selections are non existant there now. Covid didn't have this big of an impact here. I literally frequent this store every other day. Thousands I have spent here. I guess walmart will get my business now. Went from being a convenient store, to an inconvenient store. This store literally services everyone up chatsworth highway to murray county due to it being the only store on this road until town. Oh, and this isn't an isolated mistake. This has been the norm for all of 2021 so far. Get it together for crying out loud. Speaking for over 2k people here.”

“My family of 5 visited on a Sunday at noon...The Gas Station has one deli and was surprised to see the menu. And smell was so amazing and my Family just want to eat lunch. We were so hungry and the food was out standing in small town. The chicken was so soft and delicious, I don't have any word for Stanley's Food. Everything was good, I never seen such a good service on Gas Station. I and my family were 100% satisfy and I will recommend whenever you go to Ellijay once try Chicken tender. The owner of the store was so friendly and helping nature.We love that place. Prices were good. I'd go back!”

I'm adjusting my review on our neighborhood DG, on hwy 382, having posted a not so good review 4yrs ago.I have to say,, our current crew works very hard to keep the stock out and available, and to do so with visible attention to the proper organization and placement on the shelves, which makes shopping much better for an ole lady such as I ?. A little humor,, I really have to hide most of my youth and beauty,, for fear of intimidating others ???.Surely, though, it's a great blessing to have these DG stores, so handy . I depend on others for transportation, so it's much better, easier for me to get rides a couple miles down to the DG, than it is to go 9 or 10 miles across town to the big store,, you know, the one working on hiring robots, packing heat, to be our sale's associate.So I give a shout out to the HWY 382, ELLIJAY Georgia, Dollar General Store. Your efficiency is noted and more so, MUCH appreciated. ✨??”
