I was lucky to find affordable automotive when i was traveling with the entire family to Ellijay and our Hyundai Santa Fe broke down. They were the ONLY shop around to help and take us in to diagnose the vehicle and find a way to at least be able to drive the car back home to Florida. All other shops in Jasper and all other Hyundai dealers did not care at all that I had an emergency with the vehicle, traveling with children, and wouldn't help me to try to fix this so I could drive back home, only the team at affordable had the care and empathy to help. It speaks lengths of who they are as humans and their customer service. We made it back home. Thanks everyone!

Last week while on vacation, my family and I had issues with the brakes on our van. I took it into them and they were courteous, friendly and efficient. The price they charged was reasonable. I highly recommend this business. The owners and staff are awesome.

I will update my review once I get back up there Monday and they get my car up on the lift and look at it while it's going 60 mph because I trusted them when they told me the reason my car shakes when I get up to about 60 was tie rods and shocks were shot and had to be replaced so I went home and saved up till I had the extra $900 to replace the things they claimed were the cause but my car is still shaking at 60 mph here almost a thousand dollars later!!! I pray this time going on the lift will find out the real culprit and I won't be charged anymore money bc I don't have another dime to put into this car at the moment and it is my only vehicle ? EDIT: MY CAR WOULDN'T TURN AND CAUSES ME TO WRECK MY VEHICLE AND AT MY APPOINTMENT THEY SAID IT WAS 1 OF 2 THINGS AND THAT I COULD OAY TO HAVE THE SMALLER IF THE 2 REPAIRED SO IF IT WASN'T THE ISSUE AT LEAST IT WASNT BUT 220$ (BC ITS NOT LIKE I DIDNT JUST PUT ALMOST A THOUSAND DOLLARS INTO THE REPAIRS THEY SAID WAS CAUSING THE ISSUES ALREADY, BUT DIDNT FIX). HIGHLY UPSET AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND A SECOND OPINION!!!!

Recently I had my original front brakes and rotors replaced by Affordable Automotive. As a short time passed it became apparent their was an issue with the replacement parts. I called Affordable Automotive to explain the issue and I was asked if I could come in the next day for them to look at. I was brought in directly to the service area at arrival and upon inspection I was told the parts will be replaced. At completion I was told there was no charge where there could have been. The service and people there have won me over for future auto repairs and I will be sure to pass on recommendations. I live about 50 minutes away, well worth the trip.
