So I went to this bank to get a notary brought the paperwork with me. I had the whole entire thing on my phone to show the lady that was supposed to do the notary. And I was only here cuz the first notary that did my paperwork screwed it up and made me have to leave work and go back to get it redone. Jennifer Merkel the notary refused to do it saying she didn't feel comfortable even though I had proof right in front of me from a lawyer of what would be notarized and if she knew anything most attorney paperwork when it gets notarized it's done this way where they have a separate page that gets signed by the notary stating that every page was signed. Pinnacle Bank notaries are very unprofessional should not be notaries if they don't know what the hell they're doing not to mention she wasted a huge amount of my time when she could have just said no to begin with.

Holli was everything and more! As a first time home buyer, I knew next to nothing about the process. Holli held my hand the whole way through. She was extremely communicative. She answered all of my many questions. She really went over the top to make sure I was as comfortable with the loan as possible. I cannot recommend her enough! I will for sure use her in the future and I’ll be spreading her name to anyone who needs a top notch 5 star lender!

I will be moving all of my money out of this bank....my son travels for his job and my name was put on his account in case he had issues while traveling.....well he did and I can not handle anything for him. He had missed his flight because they put a restriction on his card because of his plane ticket....he was unable to get an uber and I can't help him. We were told when opening this account that I would be able to help when needed. You best believe that I will be moving all of my money out this week.

The place is so far behind times. With several opened branches unfortunately the location you opened your account at can only handle and resolve certain issues. Customer service is terrible they pass you around like a hot potato. If you leave someone a voicemail don't expect them to return your call. They capitalize tremendously off of fees especially overdraft after a specified amount of time. On holidays when they are closed prepare for the worst, don't depend on their system to update promptly in an accurate manner with properly recorded data. Nothing has been pinnacle about my experience except for the frustration and inconvenience. My experiences have been nothing short of those in the valley. Their practices and poIicies are seemingly unethical and down right demonic, duplicitous, and deceptive. I wouldn't recommend this financial institution to my deceased and decaying dog.

Force closed my accounts for no reason. Ladies at the branch speculated it was because I had too many Zelle transactions coming in and out. Guess I missed the part where you can only have so many zelle transactions. Ever have a financial institution make you feel like a criminal, because they have done a good job at making us feel that way. Just thankful they are not my main bank, they were just my local bank.

Absolutely horrible bank for small businesses. Put 10 day holds on nationally known major bank checks. The tellers are nice enough, but unfortunately everything else about the bank is worthless. Moving my account immediately.

Pinnacle of rudeness and incompetence from the call center .I will be closing my account of over 15 years due to the unnecessary obstacles created by the call center staffers.
