The people who work here ALWAYS have such a bad attitude. At this location & all of the UPS stores I go To. What is yall beef??? Coming here almost always tried to mess up my day. I’m tired of it. Something needs to change.

Store Manager Felicia and customer service desk clerk Kay has always performed great service with a smile. I’m always looking for Kay when I come in the store because I know she’s going To get me in and out with friendly service and if my Amazon labels aren’t coming through she’s calm and patient with instructions on how to retrieve them. The store manager Felicia keeps the operations so efficient you pull up and see a line out the door, but by the time you park and get your packages, the line is gone! I don’t know how she does it but this has been my favorite store since Felicia’s been the manager here, and I’ve lived in the area since 2007.

Great Experience on today’s visit! I was greeted when I walked in, and all the workers had people but Corey went out of his way to help me figure out the self help kiosk. He was patient and even helped me figure out a label issue. Definitely would visit this location for any mail needs going forward!!

This is a small location but Plenty of parking . Great shopping location after taking care of business . This visit Was in and out !! Very friendly and welcoming !! I will use this location again if I’m in the area !!

We went into this location on a busy Saturday afternoon to have a legal document executed. The document was quite lengthy and required two witnesses. I must say, the staff was very patient, professional and efficient. They ensured the each page was signed and witnessed as required and made the process very smooth. I would recommend this store anytime a notary is needed as we were extremely satisfied with the service provided.

This store needs to shut down. I went in to mail a package 2 day priority. IT JUST NEEDED POSTAGE. The young lady thug says I am not registered in their system. Then proceeds to tell me that I need to register and that I need to give her my drivers license and after she finished, she had an attitude in the worse way. It was $14.00 to ship. My question here is the con artist working inside the store cause this was some next level fraud at the store. Keep your personal information confidential. Dont go here steer clear of the store and the con artist who work inside. ATLANTA IS FULL OF THE HUSTLE BUT THIS BUSINESS HAS ALL THE HUSTLERS INSIDE.

I had a wonderful opportunity to be serviced by both Felicia and Kay at your UPS location in Eastpoint. Both of these ladies were five star customer service service representative. They were a wealth of information and got me in and out very quickly. I think it’s super important to give positive feedback when you have a positive experience and if there is anything you all can do to reward these two ladies it would be amazing even if it means highlighting them have the next meeting or using them as an example of five star customer service is like.

The UPS store makes it easy for me to return my items. The employees are nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to use UPS as their shipping source!

They really deserved no stars! Young girl smh she was rude! older woman very sarcastic! Lol smh I came in with my own box taped up and she charge me a dollar for a piece of tape and then did not give me a receipt for my dollar i paid but only for my box that I was shipping so I know they pocketing those dollars they collected from everyone! SCAMMERS! I guess UPS not paying them enough......TUH! I'll never step foot in that store again! And the hair colors are very unprofessional.....yuck!
