Eric is very customer-oriented. He is professional, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend him. As he was helping me, he took a moment away to advise another customer who was dealing with an issue over the phone. He also had to troubleshoot an internet connection problem that happened when he begin processing my taxes. Talk about multitasking! He performed with ease. He got me back a nice refund. I shall be back.

Erick was fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the process and explained each question I had. He gave me some great advice for next year. This was my first time filling a 1099 so there was a lot I didn't know and he understood that and explained it all to me. Been filling with Liberty tax for past several years and as always a Great Experience!!!
