Truly thankful for this company, traveling from Guam to Italy with our dogs in cargo was scary, and we were worried for their well being but this company went above and beyond in caring for our pets. Not only did they take the time to gain their trust, walked them, sent text updates with pictures, AND they washed the beds, and wiped down their crates. Our babies were returned to us smelling amazing and so happy to be in our new home. THANK YOU 5+ STARS

It's nice to know that your pet will be taken care of by people who love what they do. Our dog needed to be quarantined after coming in from a high risk country. Richard was able to make it all happen. Our dog is home and very happy.

I always use them with my 3 dogs. They are wonderful and have a big grassy fenced area for them to play and go to the bathroom.

Awesome Owner. I was moving for business and didn't even know getting a doggie courier was a thing. This place was recommended by Delta Cargo and super helpful! I'm new to the dog air travel and this place knew the policies intimately and made it happen. I called with same day travel animal travel issues and they helped me! They are super flexible and were more than willing to help. Military friendly and truly loves your animals as much as you do. I highly recommend for airlines animal travel services and international animal travel. They guide you through the process and reduce the stress amazingly! Serious life saver for me and my two Great Danes! GREAT JOB AND WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I highly recommend!

We shipped our dogs the day before we left Honolulu so we needed a place to board them for the night. I am SO happy we found Ricky and team in Atlanta. From the first phone call I knew they would be in great hands when they landed. Delta cargo caused quite the headache that day and after a couple delays the dogs finally made it to Atlanta. Ricky kept an eye on their flights the entire time and kept me updated. I was so relieved when he sent me a picture that he had picked up our boys. My husband and dad picked the dogs up from the facility and said what an amazing guy Ricky is and how nice his facility is. Thankfully, I won’t be shipping my pups ever again but if I did, Ricky would be the guy I called! We also donated our crate to him when we were done and he regifted it to another military family that needed it. All around great operation! Thank you so much for taking care of my fur babies!

Let me start by saying Ricky the owner was totally fantastic .I was traveling with two dogs from Colombia very hard time importing into the United States lotta paperwork lotta money. I found this gentleman made the process so smooth for me outstanding service . Greeted us right at the airport after we arrived in Atlanta Georgia took my dogs got them re-vaccinated as per the CDC and I had my dogs within two hours and we moved on our merry way. low price great service can’t thank Ricky and his staff enough for all the help you’ve given me if I can give him a million stars I would Ricky you rock man highly recommended.

Ricky went above and beyond to help me import my fur baby from Mongolia. Even though it was so stressful obtaining a CDC dog importing permit, Ricky kept me calm, gave me top-notch advice, and communicated frequently over the phone and via email. He saved me time and money! I genuinely believe this kennel prioritizes pet wellbeing over profit. I would 100% trust them in the future or recommend them for importing/exporting or pet travel services. Thanks again, Ricky!
