RACIST POLICIES. Posted on the front door is a sign saying ‘backpacks must be checked at the counter’. Also, they refused to duplicate a key I purchased from Home Depot b/c they only copy keys that are purchased from their store. Give me a break. These ridiculous, raced-based policies do not exist at the ace hardwares in North Atlanta. I don’t see how people from the community can, in good conscience, support a store like this.

The people here don't care or spend the time to answer your questions and just.dismiss your questions as they themselves have no idea,so much that you should stop hamburger flippers and train people correctly who are serious,but you have wasted my time 3 times now and I have found way better and recommend others that could have been a tremendous input into your business so get ready for the failing down trend of your business and enjoy your so called great help

Good in a pinch. The staff are rude and their prices aren’t marked correctly. They do not honor the price they have listed if it rings up differently.
